Abstract: PURPOSE: A motor with a brush retainer is provided to prevent the performance degradation of a motor including mechanical and thermal properties. CONSTITUTION: A brush retainer(20) protects the contact surface of a commutator(24) and a brush(23) from the oil leaked from a bearing(25). The brush retainer is formed in a structure of integrating an oil fence(30) and an impeller(40). The brush retainer is fixed to a rotor shaft(22). The oil fence is inserted into the rotor shaft of an armature assembly(12) and conceals the bearing. The impeller suppresses the penetration of dust and oil.

Abstract: A sticking prevention structure of a throttle body shaft is provided to prevent a throttle valve plate from being kept at an open state by moving the shaft in a shock direction and permitting an elastic damping member to absorb shock. A sticking prevention structure of a throttle body shaft, includes a first shaft(18), a throttle valve plate(12), a spring(22), and a second shaft(20). The first shaft has one side which is opened and the other side which is closed. The closed side of the first shaft is connected to a throttle body(10) such that the first shaft is rotatable. The throttle valve plate is formed integrally with an outer surface of the first shaft. The spring is embedded in the closed space of the first shaft. The second shaft has an inner end fitted through the open side of the first shaft so as to compress the spring, and an outer end connected to a lever(16) arranged outside of the throttle body.

Abstract: A PCSV(Perge Control Solenoid Valve) built in throttle body is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by integrally forming a PDSV with a throttle body. A PCSV built in throttle body comprises a throttle body(100) and a PCSV(200). The throttle body has a nipple insertion hole. The PCSV includes an input nipple(210), which introduces evaporative emission collected by a canister, and an output nipple(220) inserted into the nipple insertion hole. An O-ring is installed between the nipple insertion hole and the output nipple to prevent evaporative emission from leaking to the outside. A bracket allows the PCSV to be fixed to the throttle body.
