Abstract: 차량의 배기가스 저감용 플라즈마 반응기의 구조가 개시된다. 개시된 차량의 배기가스 저감용 플라즈마 반응기의 구조는, 차량에 설치되어 고전압을 인가 받고, 코로나 방전을 통하여 플라즈마를 형성시켜 차량의 배기가스를 저감하는 플라즈마 반응기에 있어서, 상기 플라즈마 반응기의 적어도 양측면에는 상기 플라즈마 반응기의 캐닝시 응력분포를 균일하게 하기 위한 보강재를 설치한 것으로, 상기 보강재는 코디어라이트계 세라믹으로 이루어지고, 상기 보강재의 단면 형상은 타원형으로 이루어졌으며, 또한 상기 보강재는 촉매 담체로 사용되도록 구성된 것을 그 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따르면, 단순화된 구조로 절연이 가능하여 플라즈마 반응기를 실차에 장착할 수 있게 됨으로써 배기가스를 저감시킬 수 있는 이점이 있다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for connecting the high voltage of a plasma reactor is provided to safely supply the high voltage to the plasma reactor with maintaining the performance of insulation. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) for connecting the high voltage of a plasma reactor includes an insulating member(11) formed on one side thereof, a screw forming member(10) formed thereon a power supplying terminal(13) at the other side of the apparatus(100) and a ceramic member(20) formed inside of the screw forming member(10). The length of the screw forming member(10) becomes to be shorter and the diameter of the ceramic member(20) prepared at the inside of the screw forming member(10) for the insulation becomes to increase. Therefore, the high voltage is applied to the plasma reactor by connecting the screw forming member(10) to the plasma reactor with maintaining the insulation.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An exhaust gas post-treatment system is provided to reduce particulate pollutant and power consumption, while shortening length of the plasma reaction space. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust gas post-treatment system comprises a case(1) having an inlet(2) for introduction of exhaust gas and an outlet(3) for discharge of exhaust gas; a ceramic filter(4) serving as a dielectric, which forms a plasma reaction space(20) in the case so as to allow for passage of exhaust gas; an electrode(10) accommodated in the ceramic filter so that the electrode is not directly exposed to exhaust gas and generates high voltage; and a plug(30) for closing the exit of the plasma reaction space so that the particulate is collected in the plug while only the gaseous material from among the introduced exhaust gas is passing through the plug.
