Abstract: PURPOSE: A die casting device is provided to enable a die casting operation without maintaining the whole cavity in a vacuum by maintaining a gas part in a vacuum while the gas part is filled with molten metal. CONSTITUTION: A die casting device comprises a vacuum tank part(100), a molten metal sensor(200), and a controller(300). The vacuum tank part is installed on a mold(400) which is adjacent to a gas part. The vacuum tank part inhales the gas of the gas part. The molten metal sensor senses the molten metal loaded into and unloaded from the gas part and applies sensing signals. The controller receives the sensing signals and applies operation signals on the vacuum tank part. The controller maintains the gas part in a vacuum.
