Abstract: 본발명은알루미늄합금조성물및 이를이용한다이캐스팅제품의열처리방법에관한것으로, 보다상세하게는, 전체조성물중량에대하여, 구리(Cu) 1.5~5.0중량%, 규소(Si) 7.5~18.0중량%, 주석(Sn) 0초과~0.3중량%, 아연(Zn) 0초과~2.0중량% 및잔부의알루미늄(Al) 등을포함하는알루미늄조성물또는당업계에공지된어떠한알루미늄조성물을이용하여제조된알루미늄합금을 450~470℃까지가열하는승온단계; 상기 450~470℃로승온된알루미늄합금을 15~30분동안유지하는용체화단계; 상기용체화된알루미늄합금을상온으로급랭하는퀜칭단계; 상기퀜칭된알루미늄합금을가열하여일정온도를유지하는인공시효단계; 및상기인공시효된알루미늄합금을상온으로냉각하는냉각단계; 등을포함함으로써, 블리스터등의발생없이다이캐스팅으로제조된알루미늄합금의강도및 물성등을향상시킬수 있는다이캐스팅용알루미늄합금조성물및 이를이용하여제조한알루미늄합금의열처리방법에관한것이다.
