PURPOSE: A HVAC system for a vehicle is provided to make pleasant environment in a vehicle room by effectively controlling vertical temperature with a single PTC heater. CONSTITUTION: A HVAC system for a vehicle comprises a PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient) heater(100). The PTC heater comprises an input unit, an output unit, and a radiating unit. A setting temperature of a passenger is inputted through the input unit. The output unit operates the PTC heater through the inputted setting temperature. The radiating unit is vertically divided into double split.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A heating device for vehicle using the dual positive temperature coefficient heater is provided to maintain optimized air conditioning atmosphere by controlling the difference of the four-way wind temperature independently. CONSTITUTION: A heating device for vehicle using the dual positive temperature coefficient heater comprises an input unit, a controller, and a power supply unit. The input unit receives the set up temperature of assistance seat, driver seat, outlet temperature of positive temperature heater and the direction of the wind by corresponding the positive temperature coefficient heater(100). The controller detects and controls the pulse width modulation control signal controlling the output power of positive temperature coefficient heater based on the set up temperature of assistance seat, driver seat, outlet temperature of positive temperature heater and the direction of the wind. The power supply unit supplies the power to the heating part according to the output signal of pulse width modulation from the controller.

PURPOSE: A carpet for a vehicle and a heating method of a vehicle having the same are provided to execute the heating within the short time when starting a vehicle in the winter by using a surface heating member. CONSTITUTION: A carpet for a vehicle is composed of a cloth unit(22), a surface heating member(24), and a felt unit(26). The cloth unit is exposed to a passenger. Plural spaces(28) are formed in the lower part of the cloth unit. The plural spaces are positioned in the upper surface of the surface heating member. The surface heating member is formed on the lower surface of the cloth unit to generate the heat. The felt unit is positioned on the lower surface of the surface heating member.

A duct mounting structure of intake device for vehicle is provided to prevent air leakage when vent door is operating, and to improve assembility of the product. A duct mounting structure of intake device for vehicle comprises as the follows. A duct body(100) consists of a upper duct body(110) and a lower duct body(120) combined to each other. A locked groove, in which one end of a pivot shaft(210) of the vent door(200) is inserted, is formed in both end part of the lower duct body. An open groove(122), in which the other end of the pivot shaft of the vent door is placed, is formed. A fixing bracket(125) for fixing the other end of the pivot shaft of the vent door is installed in the lower duct body corresponding to the open groove.
