Die Erfindung betrifft eine Trockentransformatorspule (10, 32, 34, 36, 52, 54, 56), umfassend eine hohlzylindrische Spule mit wenigstens einer radial innen (12) liegenden und einer radial außen (14) liegenden Wicklung. An der radial äußeren Oberfläche der Spule ist eine zumindest teilweise umlaufende und sich wenigstens über deren axiale Länge erstreckende Barrierenstruktur mit wenigstens einer Lage Leisten (16) aus einem isolierenden Material und wenigstens einer radial von diesen abgestützten Barrierewandung (18) vorgesehen, wobei die radial äußerste Barrierewandung (18) einen elektrischen Schirm (20, 42, 58, 60, 62) aufweist. Die Erfindung betrifft auch einen Trockentransformator, umfassend einen Transformatorkern mit wenigstens zwei Kernschenkeln, wobei um jeden der wenigstens zwei Kernschenkel (26) eine erfindungsgemäße Trockentransformatorspule (10, 32, 34, 36, 52, 54, 56) angeordnet, deren jeweiliger elektrischer Schirm (20, 42, 58, 60, 62) mit Erdpotential (24, 44, 64) verbunden ist.

The invention is related to a transformer core (30, 50, 80, 100, 110), comprising at least three hollow-cylindrical rectangular shaped core-discs (10, 42, 44, 46, 52, 54, 56, 82, 84, 102, 104, 112) wound from a magnetic band-like material (12, 14, 16), wherein two opposed limb areas (20, 22) and an upper (24) and lower (26) yoke area are formed along a circumferential path (18a, 18b, 18c, 18d). The core-discs (10, 42, 44, 46, 52, 54, 56, 82, 84, 102, 104, 112) comprise one first (60, 64, 90, 94) and at least one second (58, 62, 86) slanted area parallel to the circumferential path (18a, 18b, 18c, 18d) in the belonging limb (20, 22) area. The at least three core-discs (10, 42, 44, 46, 52, 54, 56, 82, 84, 102, 104, 112) are connected according to a polygonal layout (48) at their belonging first slanted areas (60, 64, 90, 94), which are arranged adjacently face to face. Conical shaped polygonal adapter plates (118, 120) fitted to the polygonal layout (48) are foreseen within the upper (114) and lower (116) yoke areas, which are clamped together each to each other.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Transformatorwicklung (10, 50, 80), umfassend einen Bandleiter (12, 14, 70) mit rechteckähnlichem Querschnitt und Außenisolation (74), welcher in einer Vielzahl an sowohl mehrlagig (16, 18, 20) radial übereinander als auch axial benachbart angeordneten Windungen (84, 86, 88) um eine Wickelachse (38, 82) gewickelten ist, so dass ein hohlzylindrischer Wicklungskörper gebildet ist. Durch radial übereinander angeordnete Windungen (84, 86, 88) sind jeweilige bündige radiale Spalten (22, 24, 26) gebildet und der gewickelte Bandleiter (12, 14, 70) ist zumindest bei der Mehrzahl der Windungen (84, 86, 88) bei einem Wechsel zu einer benachbarten Spalte (22, 24, 26) auch in eine benachbarte Wickellage (16, 18, 20) geführt und umgekehrt, so dass parallele schräg verlaufende Wicklungsscheiben (30, 52, 54, 56) gebildet sind.

Es wird eine Thermosiphonanlage (1, 13, 17, 29, 42) eines mindestens zwei Wärmequellen (2, 5, 18, 21, 34, 35) aufweisenden wärmeerzeugenden Systems vorgeschlagen, bei welchem ein einziger, allen Wärmequellen (2, 5, 18, 21, 34, 35) zugeordneter gemeinsamer Kondensator (8, 14, 24, 39, 46) vorgesehen ist.

The invention relates to a heat exchanger system for transformers or reactors having at least one coil being cooled by gaseous fluids circulating around whereas the arrangement is disposed within an enclosure wherein a flow of cooling gaseous fluid is passing the coil and being heated by the heat of the transformer or reactor which is directed to pass a thermosiphon heat exchanger which dissipates the heat to a cooling media.

The invention is related to a voltage-regulation-transformer (10), comprising a transformer core (40) and a first group (12, 72) of three hollow cylindrical coils (14, 16, 18), wherein the transformer core (40) comprises three parallel limbs (54, 56, 58) extending along three parallel limb axis (34, 36, 38), wherein the transformer core (40) comprises a first (42) and a second (46) parallel yoke section connecting the respective first and the respective second ends of the limbs (54, 56, 58) and wherein each coil (14, 16, 18) of the first group (12, 72) is arranged around a respective limb (54, 56, 58). The invention is related to an on-load tap-changer (10, 40, 60, 80) for dry transformers, comprising an electric insulating hollow casing (12, 62) extending around a virtual axis (14, 70), wherein several electric contact sections (16, 18, 20, 22) are foreseen along a path on the inner surface of the hollow casing (12, 62), which are electrically joined through the wall of the hollow casing (12, 62) and a selector contact in the inner of the cylinder which is moveable along the path and that's outer end is selectively connectable with one of the contact sections by a respective movement. Respective cables (32, 42, 68) are foreseen to electrically connect the contact sections (16, 18, 20, 22) from the radial outer side of the hollow casing (12, 62), wherein at least some of the cables (32, 42, 68) comprise a respective surrounding outer insulation (34, 44) at least at their respective connected end.
