Abstract: The present application relates to devices and components including apparatus, systems, and methods to configure a UE for dual connectivity. In an example, a network node requests the UE to indicate the capability it supports for the dual connectivity. This request can implicitly or explicitly indicate that the UE should report carrier grouping information. In response, this information is sent by the UE, and the network node can configure an MCG and an SCG for the UE based on the reported carrier grouping information.

Abstract: Disclosed are embodiments for a request and response signaling between first and second user equipment (UE) via a PC5 link for configuring inter-UE coordination. In some embodiments, request signaling entails a first UE identifying a transmit resource pool of the first UE to be sensed or evaluated by the second UE; instructing the second UE to report information indicating a quantity of resources; and instructing the second UE to evaluate the resources to be reported. In other embodiments, response signaling entails a first UE receiving from the second UE a request signal for inter-UE coordination; indicating a set of one or more resources, in which the set is indicated as corresponding to whitelist, blacklist, or collision list; and providing a validity time for resources indicated.

A communication for the first SIM of the UE may be encoded. The communication may be configured to cause the UE to perform a radio resource control (RRC) procedure. A transmission request received from the UE may be decoded. The transmission request may be associated with the RRC procedure. In response to receiving the transmission request, an uplink (UL) grant may be scheduled for the first SIM of the UE.

Abstract: Systems and methods for implementing various metrics for in integrated IAB networks are disclosed. A child IAB node may determine metrics regarding one or more of its data flows and report these metrics to an upstream IAB node (that is a parent node and/or an IAB donor). The upstream node may determine a data flow prioritization configuration using these metrics that it either uses itself or sends back to the child IAB node or another IAB node of the IAB network for use there. Metrics discussed include a number of hops metric, an aggregate throughput per BH RLC channel ID (or per routing ID) metric, a fairness index per BH RLC channel ID (or per routing ID) metric, a packet drop metric, and a per-hop latency for aggregated traffic per BH RLC channel ID (or per routing ID) per IAB node metric.
