Abstract: The invention relates to compounds which, in the form of the free acids, correspond to the general formula I in which l is the number 0, 1 or 2, m is the number 0 or 1, n is the number 1 or 2, l + m is at least 1, K is the radical of a coupling component and X is a reactive group, where, for n = 2, X corresponds to the formula -X -B-X - in which X and X are reactive radicals and B is a bridge member, and in which the naphthalene radical can additionally be substituted by hydroxyl and the phenylene ring by chlorine, bromine, methyl, ethyl, hydroxyl, methoxy, ethoxy or carboxyl. The compounds according to the invention are suitable for dyeing fibres containing hydroxyl groups, in particular cotton.
