Abstract: Preparing stabilized initiator comprises radically initiated polymerization of an aqueous solution containing at least an initiator and at least N-vinylpyrrolidone as a monomer with the condition that the weight ratio of monomer to initiator is selected in such a way that the portion of initiator is 5-50 wt.%, in relation to the sum of radical initiator and monomer; and spraying or crystallizing the obtained mixture in a spray device. Abstract: The invention relates to a process for continuously preparing polyamide oligomers. This comprises continuous conveying of an aqueous solution of polyamide-forming monomers from a reservoir vessel into an oligomerization reactor, heating of the aqueous solution beyond a dissolution or storage temperature, the residence time of the monomer solution in the oligomerization reactor being limited and the pressure or the partial vapor pressure of the water being adjusted such that a conversion of monomers to polyamide oligomers does not exceed a maximum value and/or the polyamide oligomers formed do not phase-separate or spontaneously crystallize in solid form, and continuous discharge of the polyamide oligomers from the oligomerization reactor. A polyamide oligomer preparable by this process can be provided continuously in a mixture with water in a process for preparing a semicrystalline or amorphous, thermoplastically processible polyamide and then postcondensed to give a polyamide. This polyamide can be used for production of moldings by means of injection molding, multicomponent injection molding, injection molding/welding, extrusion, coextrusion, blow molding or thermoforming.

Abstract: The invention relates to a process for synthesizing a polymer with separation of a gaseous substance in an apparatus comprising: a reactor chamber having a substantially circular cylindrical upper section which is delimited by two circular surfaces and a circumferential surface and has a longitudinal cylinder axis, and a lower section; an inlet opening; a first outlet opening; a second outlet opening; and a removal device movable along the longitudinal cylinder axis at least between the second circular surface and the inlet opening, and contacts the circumferential surface. The invention further relates to a method comprising: feeding an oligomer melt into the circular cylindrical first section of the reaction chamber; polymerizing the oligomer melt to form a polymer melt; removing the polymer melt from the reaction chamber; and removing a gaseous substance from the reaction chamber. Deposits in the reaction chamber are removed by a removal device.

Abstract: Procedimiento para fabricar una pelicula polimerica (P) que contiene una composicion de poliamida (CP), en el cual la composicion de poliamida (CP) comprende poliamida 6/6.6 y oligomeros de poliamida y de la composicion de poliamida (CP) pueden extraerse oligomeros de poliamida en el intervalo del 5% al 25% en peso, referido al peso total de la composicion de poliamida (CP), segun la norma ISO 6427 : 2013, el cual comprende las etapas de i) proporcionar la composicion de poliamida (CP) en forma fundida en una primera extrusora, ii) extrudir la composicion de poliamida (CP) proporcionada en la etapa i) en forma fundida desde la primera extrusora a traves de una boquilla anular para obtener una manguera que contiene la composicion de poliamida (CP) en forma fundida, iii) enfriar la manguera que fue obtenida en la etapa ii) y que contiene la composicion de poliamida (CP) en forma fundida en un bano de agua a una primera temperatura (T1), en cuyo caso la composicion de poliamida (CP) se solidifica para obtener una primera pelicula tubular que contiene la composicion de poliamida (CP), iv) calentar la primera pelicula tubular obtenida en la etapa iii) a una segunda temperatura (T2) para obtener una primera pelicula tubular calentada que contiene la composicion de poliamida (CP), v) inyectar aire en la primera pelicula tubular calentada obtenida en la etapa iv), en cuyo caso la primera pelicula tubular calentada se estira a su ancho y la primera pelicula tubular calentada se enfria a una tercera temperatura (T3) para obtener la pelicula polimerica (P) que contiene la composicion de poliamida (CP).
