Abstract: Proceso continuo para la preparacion de un poliol polimerico, que comprende mezclar al menos un copolimero de estireno-acrilonitrilo termoplastico fundido (TP) con al menos un poliol (P) en presencia de al menos un estabilizador (S), que comprende de un 10 a un 70 % en peso, preferentemente de un 30 a un 60 % en peso, mas preferentemente de un 40 a un 55 % en peso, basado en la suma de todos los componentes, al menos un poliol P2 y al menos un poliol CSP que comprende el producto de reaccion de al menos un macromero M, estireno y acrilonitrilo en P2, opcionalmente con un iniciador y/o un agente de transferencia de cadena, en el que el contenido de macromero M del estabilizador (S) esta entre un 30-70 % en peso, preferentemente de 35 a un 54 % en peso, basado en la suma de todos los componentes, y/o en el que el CSP de poliol tiene preferentemente una estructura de peine, y en el que, en una primera etapa (1), TP, P y S se alimentan en un extrusor (E) para formar una dispersion inicial, y a continuacion se alimenta la dispersion inicial obtenida a partir del extrusor, en una segunda etapa (2), en el interior de un dispositivo de rotor-estator (RS) que comprende al menos una combinacion de rotos-estator, y (3) se enfria la dispersion por debajo de Tg del copolimero de estireno-acrilonitrilo (TP) tras hacer pasar todos los rotores-estatores (RS) para obtener el poliol polimerico final, en el que el macromero se define como una molecula que comprende uno o mas dobles enlaces polimerizables y una o mas colas de polieter con terminacion de hidroxilo.

Abstract: The invention relates to a process for continuously preparing polyamide oligomers. This comprises continuous conveying of an aqueous solution of polyamide-forming monomers from a reservoir vessel into an oligomerization reactor, heating of the aqueous solution beyond a dissolution or storage temperature, the residence time of the monomer solution in the oligomerization reactor being limited and the pressure or the partial vapor pressure of the water being adjusted such that a conversion of monomers to polyamide oligomers does not exceed a maximum value and/or the polyamide oligomers formed do not phase-separate or spontaneously crystallize in solid form, and continuous discharge of the polyamide oligomers from the oligomerization reactor. A polyamide oligomer preparable by this process can be provided continuously in a mixture with water in a process for preparing a semicrystalline or amorphous, thermoplastically processible polyamide and then postcondensed to give a polyamide. This polyamide can be used for production of moldings by means of injection molding, multicomponent injection molding, injection molding/welding, extrusion, coextrusion, blow molding or thermoforming.
