    Abstract: The present invention relates to a continuous method for the production of an insulated tube comprising at least one medium tube, a shell tube, a layer of at least one polyurethane between the at least one medium tube and shell tube and a film sleeving between the at least one polyurethane and the shell tube, comprising at least the steps (A) providing at least one medium tube and one film sleeving continuously formed from a film in a gripper-belt, wherein the at least one medium tube is arranged inside the film sleeving in such a manner that between the at least one medium tube and film sleeving a gap is formed, (B) charging a polyurethane system comprising at least one isocyanate component (a) and at least one polyol (b) into the gap, (C) foaming and curing the polyurethane system, and (D) applying a layer of at least one material to the film sleeving in order to form the shell tube, wherein the polyurethane system has thixotropic properties.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a continuous method for producing insulated pipes comprising a medium pipe (3), a casing pipe, a layer of at least one polyurethane between the medium pipe and the casing pipe, and a film tube (5) between the at least one polyurethane and the casing pipe, comprising at least the steps of (A) providing a medium pipe and a film tube, which is continuously formed from a film, in a jaw conveyor, wherein the medium pipe is arranged within the film tube in such a way that an annular gap is formed between the medium pipe and the film tube, (B) injecting a polyurethane system comprising at least one isocyanate component (a) and at least one polyol mixture (b) into the annular gap, (C) foaming and curing the polyurethane system, and (D) applying a layer of at least one thermoplastic plastic to the film tube by means of extrusion in order to form the casing pipe, wherein the injection as per step (B) is performed by means of a multi-nozzle bent according to the radius of the annular gap.

    Abstract: Insulated pipe comprises medium pipe, polyurethane-foam material containing glycine and N-((2-hydroxy-5-nonylphenyl)methyl)-N-methyl-mono sodium salt (CAS number 56968-08-2) and jacket pipe; where the polyurethane-foam material in present between the medium pipe and jacket pipe. An independent claim is included for a procedure for the production of insulated pipes, comprising providing the medium pipe and jacket pipe, where the medium pipe is arranged within the jacket pipe; and producing polyurethane-foam material by reacting an isocyanate component with a polyol mixture between medium pipe and jacket pipe, where the glycine and N-((2-hydroxy-nonylphenyl)methyl)-N-methyl monosodium salt are mixed with isocyanate component and/or the polyol mixture before the reaction of isocyanate component with the polyol mixture.
