The invention relates to a method for producing insulated pipes, to the use of a polyurethane system comprising an isocyanate component (a), a polyol mixture (b), and at least one catalyst to produce insulated pipes, wherein the starting time for the polyurethane system is less than the time for filling the pipe with the polyurethane system, to the use of special amines as catalysts in a polyurethane system for producing insulated pipes, and to an insulated pipe that can be obtained by the method according to the invention.

The present invention relates to a composition for producing a polyurethane hard foam material, containing at least one polyol having a molecular weight of at least 1700 g/mol and at least one propellant as component A and at least one polyisocyanate as component B, wherein the at least one polyisocyanate B 11 contains up to 39.5 % by weight of a polyisocyanate prepolymer, based on a polyether polyol comprising a OH number of at least 100 mg KOH/g, to a polyurethane hard foam material, obtainable by conversion of said composition, to a method for producing such a polyurethane hard foam material, to the use of such a polyurethane hard foam material for insulation, in particular for pipe insulation, and to a method for producing an insulated pipe.

The invention relates to a method for producing insulated pipes, comprising the providing of a medium pipe and a film hose, continuously formed from a film, or a medium pipe and a jacket pipe, wherein the medium pipe is arranged within the film hose or the jacket pipe and a gap is formed between the medium pipe and film hose or jacket pipe, wherein a bonding agent is applied to the surface of the medium pipe facing the film hose or jacket pipe, the filling of a polyurethane system, at least comprising an isocyanate component (a) containing at least one isocyanate, a polyol component (b) and at least one catalyst into the gap before the bonding agent is completely cured, and allowing the polyurethane system to foam and cure. The invention further relates to insulated pipes, obtainable or obtained according by the method according to the invention.

The invention relates to a sandwich component consisting of at least two construction panels which are spaced apart from one another and are arranged substantially parallel to one another, a polyurethane foam core being arranged between the spaced-apart construction panels, wherein the ratio of the highest measured compressive modulus of elasticity of the polyurethane foam in a spatial direction, which is oriented parallel to the construction panels, is less than 1.7 with respect to the compressive modulus of elasticity of the polyurethane foam in a spatial direction oriented perpendicularly to the construction panels. For production of the sandwich components, a mixture of (a) at least one polyisocyanate component, (b) at least one component comprising at least one multifunctional compound which is reactive to isocyanates, and (c) at least one propellant according to the high-pressure injection method are introduced into a cavity between spaced-apart construction panels. The method enables the production of sandwich components, the foam core of which exhibits reduced anisotropy while having good insulation values.

Procedimiento para la fabricación de tuberías aisladas, el cual comprende las etapas de: (A) proporcionar tubería de servicio y tubería de revestimiento, en donde la tubería de servicio se encuentra dispuesta dentro de la tubería de revestimiento y entre la tubería de servicio y la tubería de revestimiento se forma un espacio anular, (B) introducir un sistema de poliuretano que comprende al menos un componente de isocianato (a), al menos una mezcla de poliol (b) y al menos un catalizador en el espacio anular y (C) espumar y dejar curar el sistema de poliuretano, caracterizado porque el tiempo de crema para el sistema de poliuretano es inferior o igual al tiempo de introducción y el al menos un catalizador es una amina según la fórmula general (I) R1R2N(CR3R4)n-X (I), en donde R1, R2, R3, R4, n y X tienen los siguientes significados: R1, R2 independientemente entre sí representa un residuo de alquilo de C1-C8, R3, R4 independientemente entre sí representa hidrógeno, residuo de alquilo de C1-C8, n representa un número entero de 1 a 6 y X representa OR5 o NR6R7 donde R5 representa un residuo de alquilo de C1-C8 o un residuo heteroalquilo de C1-C8, R6 independientemente entre sí representa hidrógeno, un residuo de alquilo de C1-C8 R7 representa un residuo de alquilo de C1-C8 o un residuo de heteroalquilo de C1-C8.
