    Abstract: La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la preparación de polímeros de melamina-poliamina muy ramificados funcionahzados anfifílicos por condensación de melamina y eventualmente de un derivado de melamina con al menos una amina distinta con al menos dos grupos amino primarios y eventualmente también con urea y/o al menos un derivado de urea y/o con al menos un di- o poliisocianato al menos difuncional y/o al menos un ácido carboxílico con al menos dos grupos carboxilo o al menos uno de sus derivados, opcionalmente cuaternización de una parte de los grupos amino del polímero obtenido en este caso, reacción del polímero obtenido con al menos un compuesto, que con grupos amino puede producir una reacción de condensación o adición, y opcionalmente cuaternización de al menos una parte de los grupos amino del polímero obtenido en la primera etapa. Además, la invención se refiere a los polímeros de melamina-poliamina muy ramificados funcionalizados anfifílicos que se obtienen por medio del procedimiento según la invención, y su uso como agente tensioactivo.
