Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve drivability, braking performance and onsnow performance on an icy and snowy road surface of a pneumatic tire for heavy load use by applying a uniform foaming rubber layer with a small mean foaming diameter to a tread part. CONSTITUTION:An external layer part of a tread part 3 is formed of foaming rubber 11 with a small mean foaming diameter further with excellent uniformity. Since foaming of the tread part 3 is set to a small mean foaming diameter and further uniformly, icy snowy performance particularly performance on the ice is remarkably improved. Uneven wearing can be prevented while improving wearing resistance.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve durability, by specifying a thickness of a base rubber in a direction of normal line of the outermost belt layer in a prescribed area from the center of the maximum width made contact with the ground and specifying property of a base rubber, a cap rubber and a belt covering rubber in the captioned tire for an aircraft or the like. CONSTITUTION:The thickness of a base rubber layer 4 is set to 10-35% of the total thickness of a base rubber layer 4 and a cap rubber layer 5 with respect to lines N2-N4 normal to the belt layer 3 of the outermost layer within the area of 0.35 times-0.525 times of the maximum width W made contact with the ground. A tangent loss at a normal temperature after curing is set at 0.17 or less to the base rubber layer 4, at 0.22 or less to the cap rubber layer 5 and at 0.15 to the rubber covering the belt 3. The 100% modulus of the base rubber layer 4 is set to 60-80% of the cap rubber layer 5 and 40-70% of the belt covering rubber. With this arrangement, durability property at the time of a high speed traveling and overloading is improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve a hot adhesive property between an alamide fiver cord and rubber, by pressurizing and vulcanizing the rubber reinforcing alamide fiver cord treated to adhesion with a specific treater and a rubber constituent mixed with a bismaleamide compound of specific quantity and sulfur. CONSTITUTION:A radial tire makes a toroidal carcass consisting of plies of radial cords to be parallelly arranged with each other and a tire tread reinforcing belt having cords surrounding the crown part and being parallelly arranged with each other as main reinforcing materials. In the said constitution, at least either side of the carcass and the belt is formed by a rubber cord complex, burying a rubber reinforcing fiber cord made up of being treated with a resorcinol formaldehyde/rubber latex adhesive in a rubber constituent containing a 0.5-10pts.wt. of a bismaleamide compound permaterial rubber 10wt. and a 0.5-10pts.wt. of sulfur each.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a tire having good high-speed durability and wear resistance and well suited to heavy load and high-speed radial tire by dividing a tread into a tread-central part and tread side parts at a specified ratio, and constituting the respective parts by specified rubber-composites. CONSTITUTION:A heavy load and high-speed radial tire is provided with belts 3 between a carcass 1 and a tread 2, and the tread 2 is divided into a tread- central part and tread side parts 5. In this case, in the tread-central part 4, a ground contact width S ranging 30 to 85% of the ground contact width W at the time when a regual load is applied, is provided around the tire-equatorial plane. Further, the tread-central part 4 is constituted by a rubber-composite where a rubber in which a ratio of mixed rubber such as natural rubber, etc., to poly-butadiene rubber ranges from 80/20 to O/100 is blended. Furthermore, the tread side part 5 is constituted by a rubber-composite where a rubber in which a ratio of mixed rubber such as natural rubber, etc., to poly-butadiene rubber ranges from 100/0 to 80/20, and a rubber mixed with a rubber selected from a group of specific rubbers, are blended.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance the low temperature durability of a pneumatic tire reinforced with an organic fabric cord and used in a low temperature environment by applying a tan delta peak temperature of a specific value or less to the covering rubber of the reinforcement cord after vulcanization. CONSTITUTION:A tan delta peak temperature is set to -40 deg.C or below for the covering rubber of an organic fabric cord after vulcanization. For this purpose, a rubber of low glass-transition temperature such as a natural rubber, a synthetic isoprene rubber and a high sheath butadiene rubber is used as rubber material. In some cases, a low temperature plasticizer well compatible with a rubber, for example, dioctyl sebacate is mixed with the rubber material. Also, a softening temperature for the rubber material is taken at -20 deg.C or below. Furthermore, a bismaleimide compound mixed with the covering rubber by an amount, for example, 0.5 to 10 percent by weight causes an increase in resistance against separation. Accordingly, the durability of a tire at a low temperature can be enhanced.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent heat emission and deterioration of rubber by forming the tread crown part of a pneumatic tire from a cap rubber layer made from a specific foaming rubber and base rubber layer made from non-foaming rubber, and enlarging the volume fraction of the base rubber layer having a large resilience. CONSTITUTION:A pneumatic tire 1 is so structured that the volume fraction of a base rubber layer 8 is 0.5 or more relative to the whole rubber area of a tread crown part 6. The resilience of a cap rubber layer 7 is set to 30-60% while the resilience of the base rubber layer 8 set to 45-75%. wherein the resilience of the base rubber layer 8 is made larger by 5% of that of the cap rubber layer 7. The tread crown part 6 is fitted with two main grooves for dividing into tread land parts in the central area and the two shoulder areas, two thin grooves to divide the central area, and crosswise grooves intersecting them, and with these grooves a number of land blocks are generated. The land blocks are provided with thypes which intersect them across the width.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent both the wear in the rim-flange contacting part and the separation between a carcass and a rubber layer providing a cushion rubber, between the coating rubber layer for coating an up-carcass and a down-carcass and the rubber layer forming the outermost layer of a tire, whose loss tangent and 100% modulus have a prescribed relationship with those of both the above rubber layers. CONSTITUTION:The 100% modulus value MC of a carcass coating rubber 34 for coating an up-carcass 12 and a down-carcass 16 is set to have a value of 40 to 65kg/cm . And, the 100% modulus value MG of the rubber chafing rubber 36 forming the outermost layer of a radial tire 10 being in contact with the rim flange is set to have a value of 25 to 35kg/cm . Further, a cushion rubber 38 is interposed between both rubber layers 34 and 36. The loss tangent tandelta of this rubber 38 is made less than that of the rubber layer 36, and the 100% modulus value MK thereof is set to satisfy the relational expression MC>MG= MK. By this constitution, both the wear in the outermost layer and the separation between the carcass and the rubber layer can be prevented.

A steel wire plated with zinc or bronze of an Sn content of 5-15% is coated with said rubber composition.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce lopsided wear by setting the modulus at a 100% expanded time of a tread rubber on both side zone of main grooves lower in a defined range than that in a center zone in an aircraft radial tire having a pair of main grooves by a defined range of a tread. CONSTITUTION:A pair of main grooves 6 are provided in the positions of 15-40% of a ground contacting width from the end edges of a tread, interposing a tread center and along a tread circumference, partitioning a tread center zone and tread both side zones. The modulus of a tread rubber A on both side zones at a 100% expanded time at 100 deg.C is made relatively lower than the modulus of a tread rubber B in the center zone at a 100% expanded time at 100 deg.C within a range of 30-80%. By this constitution, the lopsided wear of tread can be prevented.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To suppress the standing wave and improve durability by specifying the sectional area and 100% elongation modulus of a hard rubber stock for a soft rubber stock and specifying each loss tangent of the both rubber stocks. CONSTITUTION:A stiffener 9 rightly over a bead core 3 is constituted of a triangular hard rubber stock 4 which is surrounded by the plies of a carcass 1 and has an oblique side whose bottom side is attached onto a rubber 7 surrounding the bead core 3 and set along the carcass 1, and a triangular soft rubber stock 5 consisting of one side which is positioned outside in the radial direction of the hard rubber stock 4 and is contiguous to the hard rubber stock 4, other side along the radial axis side carcass, and the rest one side along the turn-over part 8 of the carcass 1. In this case, the hard rubber stock 4 is set so as to have the sectional area in 10-70% and the 100% elongation modulus in 3-6 times for those of the soft rubber stock 5, and each loss tangent of the both rubber stocks 4 and 5 is set 0.25 or less, 0.15 or less.
