    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable highly accurate position correction and efficient registration without being influenced by irregularities of process accuracy of a collet or cut accuracy of an element board, etc., when a base plate and the element board are to be positioned. While the element board 2 is held by a position correction collet 8 having a notch 8a, positions of both corner parts 2a of the element board are detected. A shift amount from a target position is finely adjusted and corrected by moving moving means 10-12 for the base plate 1 while the element board 2 is still held by the position correction collet 8, so that the element board 2 is registered. The adhesive 3 is hardened thereafter. Highly accurate positioning and stable mounting can be realized efficiently and a mount Tact is shortened.

A top plate has a butting reference recess part similar to the recess part of the jig, and therefore the top plate and the heater board 1 can be registered in the same method as when the separation wall and heater board are registered.

The thermal peeling sheet 10 with the thin film member is adsorbed and conveyed by a conveyance finger 11 so that the thin film ember 5 is positioned on the element substrate 1. With the thin film member 5 bonded on the element substrate 1 by the thermal peeling sheet 10, it is mounted by supersonic wave hot compression bonding. Thereafter, the thermal peeling sheet 10 is peeled off from the thin film member 5 easily by heating a supporting substrate 17.
