PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for determining a fluctuating reward amount according to performance by avoiding that a value brought to a customer by solution remains at a qualitative evaluation stage, and reward calculation is performed by building up costs such as personnel expense and quantitatively evaluating an effect in terms of a set KPI, considering the risk of KPI achievement. SOLUTION: The system for supporting advance evaluation of a service for improving business comprises an input means for accepting selection of an index showing a degree of improvement of the business, and accepting a plurality of future scenarios which affect the success/failure of improvement of the business, a storage means for storing the index and the plurality of scenarios, and an arithmetic means for computing each primary estimate value of the index in the event of each scenario, and computing each secondary estimated value based on each primary estimated value and each primary risk corresponding to each primary estimated value. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably separate and extract an original signal from multiple multidimensional signals at few calculation step numbers, when the multiple multidimensional signals are observed in a mixed state. SOLUTION: A function having monotonous increase characteristics such as an exponential function is introduced as an evaluation function and a signal is separated by applying an adaptation algorithm minimizing the evaluation function related to the signal separation matrix. That is to say, this signal processing device which outputs the original signal by separating it from observation signals x(t) having the mixed multiple multidimensional signals operates a nonlinear function 21 to the inputted observation signals x(t) and an estimated separation matrix W(t-1) estimated in a previous cycle, calculates 22 an error signal e(t) based on a value v(t) formed by the nonlinear function 21, the estimated separation matrix W(t-1) estimated in the previous cycle and an observation signal x(t) at the time, and weights the error evaluation by the evaluation function with monotonous increase characteristics so as to renew 23 the separation matrix W(t) at the time.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a clear enlarged image by reducing a step-shaped or chain- shaped oblique line, and reducing deformation or disappearance of a formation line of font or a graphic. SOLUTION: In this image conversion method, inputted original image data are converted into rational number magnification or integral number magnification image data. The method includes a vertical/horizontal direction interpolation part 12 for weakening correlation in the vertical and horizontal directions of an image, and generating first enlarged image data, relative to the image obtained by linearly enlarging in the vertical and horizontal directions the original image data inputted from an original image data input part 11; an oblique direction interpolation part 15 for generating second enlarged image data by linear interpolation, using near pixels based on correlation with the near pixels in the oblique direction, relative to processing object pixels forming the original image data inputted from the original image data input part 11; and a final result generation part 18 for generating a result image from the generated first enlarged image data and the second enlarged image.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To express a font and fine line in clear colors with respect to a graphics picture which is handled in an information display of an LCD panel, a projector, etc., and includes many step edges such as fine lines. SOLUTION: This picture processor is provided with an original picture data input part 11 for inputting original picture data having low resolution, a connection detector 13 for recognizing a connecting relation between a picture element in consideration and an adjacent picture element in the original data, a rule applying device 17 which defines plural types obtained by sorting a relation between the coordinate position of a picture element and the coordinate position of result pixel in magnified picture data and applies a rule, and a result outputting part 19 for deciding the value of the result picture element to output the magnified picture data. When the picture element under consideration is judged to be a picture element constituting a line of one picture element width by the recognition by the detector 13, this device 17 applies such a rule as maintains one picture element width even in the magnified picture data.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new input/output device which adds/helps the function of a PC main body when it is connected to the PC main body and which operates like a conventional PDA in the state of being cut off from the PC main body. SOLUTION: An input/output device 120 to which this invention is applied operates in an independent state and operates in cooperation with a PC main body 110 also in the state of being housed in the PC main body 110. The device 120 consists of a display screen 310 comprising a touch panel, etc., a display screen 330 which is seen from outside even in a state where the cover of the PC main body is closed, a port 452 for exchanging data in the case of being housed in the PC main body 110, and a transmitter/receiver 462 for radio communication.
