Abstract: The arrangement has a transformer, a drive circuit that converts the edges of a logic input signal into primary pulses, a selection circuit that separates secondary pulses in accordance with their association with input signal edges, a lock circuit that inhibits pulse forwarding if separated pulses occur simultaneously or in rapid succession and a memory element set by secondary pulses of one polarity and reset by pulses of opposite polarity. The arrangement has a transformer (Tr.1,T2.2) with magnetically coupled primary and secondary windings, a drive circuit that converts the edges of a logic input signal into primary pulses, a selection circuit (TG1,TG2) connected to the secondary winding that separates secondary pulses in accordance with their association with input signal edges, a lock circuit that inhibits pulse forwarding if separated pulses occur simultaneously or in rapid succession and a memory element (FF) set by secondary pulses of one polarity and reset by pulses of opposite polarity.
