A strip elastic member 5 is place in the circumference direction of the fitting band part to make the fitting band part extended/contracted by the elastic force of an elastic member 5. The elastic member 5 is equipped around the whole circumference of the fitting band part between the absorptive body 4 in the fitting band part and the surface sheet 6.
