SOLUTION: This cement dispersant contains: a copolymer mixture A obtained by copolymerizing a specific monomer A1 such as ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid derivative having a polyoxyalkylene group, and another specific monomer A2 such as (meth)acrylic acid, wherein the monomer molar ratio of A1/A2 is at least once changed in the process of the copolymerization reaction; and a copolymer B obtained by copolymerizing a specific monomer B1 such as ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid derivative having a polyoxyalkylene group, and another specific monomer B2 such as (meth)acrylic acid.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an additive for hydraulic composition, excellent in viscosity- reducing properties against fireclay and persistency thereof, and satisfying the standard strength (the strength after 28 days is 30 kg/cm2). SOLUTION: This additive for a hydraulic composition comprises (A) a water- soluble salt of a polymer or a copolymer obtained by polymerizing one or more kinds of monomers selected from a group consisting of an unsaturated monocarboxylic acid and an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid, and (B) one or more kinds of compounds selected from a group consisting of an oxycarboxylic acid or a salt thereof, a sugar, and a sugar alcohol. The weight ratio of the components (A)/(B) is regulated so as to be (97/3)-(20/80).

Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain an chemical admixture composition capable of reducing viscosity of concrete without damaging water reducing properties by blending a formaldehyde co-condensate with specific aromatic compounds with a defoaming agent. CONSTITUTION: This chemical admixture composition for a concrete product comprises a formaldehyde co-condensate with one or more aromatic compounds (A) into which 1-300mols of a 2-3C oxyalkylene group are introduced and one or more carboxyl group-containing aromatic compounds (B) or its neutral salt (X) and a defoaming agent (Y) as necessary components. By introducing the alkylene oxide group to the aromatic formaldehyde co-condensation system, expulsive force of steric hindrance of the alkylene oxide is added to electric expulsive force of essential aromatic system to extremely raise dispersing effect. The use of the defoaming agent with the co-condensate further improves reduction in viscosity and foam entraining properties.
