CONSTITUTION:Phenol or its derivative charaterized by using an amino terminator as the essential component and one or >=2 kinds of compds. selected from melamine, its derivative and urea, as required, are copolycondensed with formaldehyde to obtain a cement admixture with the condensate as the essential component. CONSTITUTION:Since the workability of concrete is kept for a long time by this invention, the cement dispersant is used for various purposes. This dispersant is used when the pumping of concrete is suspended or used as the cement milk or mortar grouting assistant. The dispersant is also effectively used to prevent separation of materials and to keep the flowability of the cement formulation placed by a tremie, underwater concrete, concrete in the continuous underground wall, shotcrete, centrifugally formed concrete, vibrated and compacted concrete, etc.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To perform the dispersion of cement in the region of extremely highly reducing water content and to improve the flowability, etc., of concrete by adding a blended material consisting of a salt of condensation product of specific aromatic sulfonic acid with folmaldehyde and water-insoluble polymer or metal complex with blended cement. CONSTITUTION:A cement dispersing agent is produced by mixing (A) salt of condensation product of aromatic sulfonic acid with folmaldehyde (e.g. salt of condensation product of naphthalenesulfonic acid with formaldehyde) composed essentially of a high condensation product in which the salt of condensation product of aromatic sulfonic acid with formaldehyde having =20000 with (B) water-insoluble polymer or water-insoluble metal complex (e.g. zinc complex of isobutylene/maleic anhydride copolymer). Further, suitable mixing ratio is in such a range that the weight ratio of solid content of the component (B) to the component (A) is regulated to 0.5/100 to 20/100. By adding this dispersing agent to blended cement, cement can be excellently dispersed even in the region of extremely highly reduced water content where water- cement ratio is 18-30%.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the above formed article having improved processability and workability, reduced deficiency and good compacting properties, by adding a cement admixture containing a maleic anhydride copolymer and water- reducing agent such as sulfonated melamine at a prescribed weight ratio of a cement at a defined amount, forming the blend and curing the formed product. CONSTITUTION:A cement admixture containing maleic anhydride copolymer A having 500-50,000 weight-average mol.wt. and water-reducing agent B such as sulfonated melamine resin at solid content weight ratio of 1:99-15:85 is prepared. The cement admixture is added to a cement at a solid content amount of 0.1-2.0pts.wt. based on 100pts.wt. cement and water-cement ratio and slump value is each adjusted to 25-45% and 1-15cm. A coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, water and admixture are added to the above-mentioned adjusted product to prepare a concrete, which is then formed. The formed product is then subjected to high-temperature curing or high-temperature and high-pressure curing to provide the formed article having high strength of >=100kg/cm form removal compression strength.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forcibly feeding concrete, in which the pump forced feedability of poor mix concrete having 8-15 cm slump value is improved so that the slump value is restrained from being changed before and after the poor mix concrete is forcibly fed by a pump and excellent executability can be imparted thereto.SOLUTION: In the method for forcibly feeding concrete by the pump, the predetermined concrete containing water, cement, a mixing agent, a polysaccharide derivative and an aggregate is forcibly fed by the pump. The polysaccharide derivative is obtained by substituting hydrophobic substituents, each of which has a 8-40C hydrocarbon chain as a partial structure, or ionic hydrophilic groups, each of which has one or more groups selected from the group consisting of a sulfonic acid group and a sulfonate group as another partial structure, for hydrogen atoms of a part or the whole of hydroxyl groups of a polysaccharide, an alkylated derivative thereof, or a hydroxyalkylated derivative thereof.
