Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve lubricating characteristics of sliding materials even with the supply of an insufficient amount of oil by employing a sliding components made of a porous sintered alloy whose voids are impregnated with a soluble oil. SOLUTION: Voids 14 in a surface structure of a sliding surface of a piston 13 made of a porous sintered alloy are packed with a soluble refrigerating machine oil 15, for example, an ester-based oil for an HFC-based refrigerant. Through agitation using a piston or resonance spring made of an aluminum- based alloy and casting material, a greater amount of oil is supplied to the sliding surface than in ordinary cases, which results in the supply of oil being stabilized. This in turn improves wear resistance. In addition, the presence of the soluble refrigerating machine oil 15 on the sliding surface makes possible an oil-less compressor not charged with a refrigerating machine oil.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the wear-resistance of a rotary compressor adapted to be used for refrigerating cycle or the like, by changing the material of a slide member and refrigerator oil. SOLUTION: With the use of a vane 20 coated thereover with ceramic such as chromium nitride(CrN), a roller 21 made of an iron base material having an outer surface implanted with oxide ions, and refrigerator oil containing a phosphorus base extreme-pressure additive, that is, TCP(tricresyl phosphate). The slide surfaces of the vane 20 and the roller 21 are formed with adsorbed films of TCP. Thereby it is possible to enhance the wear-resistance.

Moreover, it is provided with an oil hole 21 provided on the vertically lower part of the labyrinth tube part 20e, and communicated with the oil sump part 20f of the oil separating pipe 20, and a check valve 22 attached on the other end 20b side of the oil sump part 20f of the oil separating pipe 20, and to be operated by the weight of lubricating oil.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To constitute each bearing in liquid lubricant to be rotated high in speed and to be long in life, and thereby make a device stable in operation by pressing each ball bearing supporting the shaft of a displacement type compression machine section into the shaft with pressure and so on so as to be housed in wherein solid individual lubricants are filled in the inside of each bearing. CONSTITUTION:The carrier allows a shaft 20 to be rotated by a motor composed of the stator 3 and the rotor 4 of a displacement type compression machine section 1. A roller 6 which is incorporated into the eccentric section 20a of the shaft 20, is then eccentrically rotated while liquid refrigerant introduced in the inside of a cylinder from a pipe 11 is being compressed, so that refrigerant is discharged out of a port 10 to a pipe 12 through the inside of a case 2. In this case, the shaft 20 is supported by both a main and an auxiliary bearing 21 and 22 housing respective ball bearings 23 and 24. The respective ball bearings 23 and 24 are filled with respective solid individual lubricants 23e and 24e. By this constitution, the existence of the solid individual lubricants 23e and 24e around respective balls results in excellent lubrication as the respective balls (not shown) in the respective ball bearings 23 and 24 are rotated.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability by improving lubricating characteristics of a thrust bearing part in a hermetic compressor. SOLUTION: A rotating side magnet 30 is installed in a rotating body 16 comprising a rotor 3, a crankshaft 2, etc., and a fixed side magnet 31 is installed in a fixed part 19 comprising a journal bearing 10, a hermetic container 17, etc. A magnetic force acting between the rotating side magnet 30 and the fixed side magnet 31 is applied in the direction of floating the rotating body 16 by gravity, etc., so as to reduce a load applied on the thrust bearing part. The magnetic force eliminates abrasion powder from being caught near the bearing part to suppress abnormal abrasion caused by the abrasion powder, thereby enhancing the lubricating characteristics and improving the reliability.

SOLUTION: A compression mechanism, a refrigerant, and refrigerator oil are housed in a closed vessel, this slide member is characterized by consisting of compound material blending nickel powder and carbon powder by 1 to 30 wt.% in total relating to titanium boride ceramics powder of 70 to 99 wt.% in at least one slide material in the compression mechanism. In addition to abrasion resistance provided in titanium boride ceramics itself, by self lubrication with boride, a compressor and a pump are obtained in high reliability and high efficiency even in the case oil supply is in a poor condition.
