    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable separated refrigerant staying in lower part of oil to be effectively vaporized by means of ejection gas serving as a heating source by arranging an ejection cover on anti-cylinder surface side of an auxiliary side housing on the anti-motor side and by opening one end of an ejection pipe a part of which is dipped in the oil in this ejection cover. SOLUTION: A motor 2 and a compression element driven by this motor 2 are received in a tightly closed container 1. The compression element is composed of a cylinder 5, a motor side main side housing 6 for sealing its both end surfaces so as to form a compression chamber 8, an auxiliary side housing 7 on anti-motor side and a rotor, etc., eccentrically rotated in a compression chamber 8. In this case, an ejection cover 15 is arranged on the anti-cylinder surface side of an auxiliary side housing 7 and one end 16 of an ejection pipe 20 a part of which is dipped in the oil is opened in this ejection cover 15. Thereby, when high temperature ejection gas compressed in the compression chamber 8 flows through the ejection pipe 20, oil 4 is heated and evaporation of separated refrigerant staying in lower part of oil is carried out.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the volume of oil fed to a shaft and to enhance the reliability by defining a gap between an discharge cover and an auxiliary side housing, opened in oil. CONSTITUTION:A compressor composed of a closed container 1, a cylinder 5, a main side housing 6, an auxiliary side housing 6, a compressing chamber 8, a discharge valve 14, a discharge hole 16 and a discharge cover 20 defining therein an opening 20 opened in oil. Further, gas compressed in the compressing chamber 8 is discharged into the discharge cover 20 from the discharge valve 14, and is then discharged from the discharge hole 16 into the closed container 1. Then the gam is jetted into oil from the opening 20a in the discharge cover 20 so as to disperse separated coolant in the lower part of the oil. As a result, diluent oil containing a large quantity of coolant can be fed from an oil feed pipe without feeding oil, thereby it is possible to enhance the reliability of the compressor.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a highly reliable compressor prevented from the deformation of an auxiliary side housing by fitting a discharge cover with play to the boss part outer diameter of the auxiliary side housing, and making the outer diameter of the support part of an oil pipe larger than that of the boss part. CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary side housing 19 is formed of a flange part 19a closing the end face of a cylinder 5 by one side face thereof while being provided with a delivery valve 20 on the opposite face, and a boss part 19d provided with a boss peripheral part 19b and a boss end face part 19c while having a bearing part extended on the opposite face side. A partition plate 21 and a discharge cover 22 are overlapped and fitted with play to the boss peripheral part 19b. An oil pipe 23 is provided with an oil feed spring 24 enclosed therein, and one end of the oil pipe 23 is communicated into oil, while the other end is provided with a support part 25 rigidly fixed thereto. The support 25 is fixed to the boss end face part 19c by a bolt 26, and its outer diameter juts out from the outer diameter of the boss peripheral part 19b. Since unnecessary force is not applied to the auxiliary side housing, the generation of distortion is prevented, and thus a highly reliable rotary compressor can be obtained.

CONSTITUTION:A rotary compressor is formed by enclosing a motor M formed of a stator 2 and a rotor 3, and a compression device C driven by this motor M into an approximately cylindrical closed container long in the lateral direction, and the compression device C is provided with a compression chamber 8 partitioned by a cylinder 5 and a main and an auxiliary side housings 6, 19. In this case, there are provided a partition plate 20 and a discharge cover 21 that are mutually overlapped, and these are fixedly fitted to the protruding part outer periphery 19a of the auxiliary side housing 19. An oil pipe 15 is formed by providing a support 22 rigidly fixed to one end thereof, and this support 22 is fixed to the protruding part end face 19b of the auxiliary side housing 19 by a bolt 23.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate the whirling of a crankshaft and reduce the noise by providing a crankshaft formed of an outer shell part having an axial directional through hole and an eccentric part, and a shaft center part formed of a material having a Young's modulus higher than that of the outer shell part. CONSTITUTION:A crankshaft 13 is formed of an outer shell part 14 and a shaft center part 16. The outer shell part 14 has an eccentric part 15 and an axial directional through hole 17, and it is formed of cast iron. The shaft center part 16 is formed of a material of Young's modulus higher than that of the outer shell part 14 fitted into the through hole 17 by shrinkage fitting. Even if the unbalance and magnetic center dislocation of an electric element 2 occur at the time of operation of a compressor, the crankshaft 3 is never whirled as the rigidity of the crankshaft 3 is high. As the highly workable cast iron material is used for the outer shell part 14 in the processing of the crankshaft 3, mass-productivity is improved.

By this constitution, a gas dome is thereby prevented from being generated in the oil feeding pipe, so that the quantity of feeding oil can stably be secured.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce abrasion while being capable of stably oiling to a sliding part by forming a nearly spiral oiling groove on an outer peripheral surface of a main shaft part of a shaft, forming a nearly spiral oiling groove on an outer peripheral surface of an auxiliary shaft part, and setting a cross-sectional area of the oiling groove of the main shaft smaller than that of the oiling groove of the auxiliary shaft part. SOLUTION: In association with the rotation of a shaft 30, oil is reserved in an oil reservoir part 18 bypassing an oiling chamber 17, and sucked from one end of the oiling groove 31 of an auxiliary shaft part and reaches an eccentric part 7 of the shaft 30 through an oiling groove 31 of the auxiliary shaft part, while carrying out lubricating operation between the auxiliary shaft part and an auxiliary bearing of the shaft 30. At this time, a high-pressure gas of a space 19 in a hermetic vessel is advanced from the oiling groove 32 of the main shaft part into a low-pressure zone of a compression chamber 9, when oil is not filled into the oiling groove 32 of the main shaft part. However, since the cross sectional area of the oiling groove 32 of the main shaft part is formed smaller than that of the oiling groove 31 of the auxiliary shaft part, oil can be filled in the oiling groove 32 of the main shaft part, even with little oil. It is thus possible to prevent a high-pressure gas from infiltrating into the space 19 in the hermetic container.

SOLUTION: A rotary compressor is provided with a cylinder with a cylindrical hollow part; a cylindrical roller 14 eccentrically disposed in the hollow part so as to be in proximity to the cylinder and put in turning motion with the cylinder axis of the hollow part as a rotation axis; a vane 13 having a rounded tip part and forming an intake chamber and a discharge chamber by the contact of this tip part with the outer peripheral part of the roller 14; and a motor part for putting the roller 14 in turning motion. The vane 13 is formed of high speed tool steel SKH51, and the roller 14 is formed of cast iron with a steadite phase formed by adding a phosphorus element (P).

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make liquid coolant difficult to be sucked from a suction opening part of an oil feeding mechanism by providing a shelf part which is higher than the bottom part of a sealed container in the lower direction of the suction opening of the oil feeding mechanism. SOLUTION: A shelf part 7 which is higher than the bottom part of a sealed container 1 is provided in the lower direction of a suction opening of an oil feeding pipe 14 supplying ice machine oil to a compression element 2. The length of the oil feeding pipe 14 is shortened so as not to interfere with the shelf part 7. Because compatibility of HFC system coolant and mineral oil or alkylbenzene ice machine oil is not good by this constitution, liquid coolant is reduced near the suction opening part of the oil feeding pipe 14 because the shelf part 7 pushes its way through a liquid coolant layer 6 even in a state that liquid coolant is condensed and stays on the lower side of an ice machine oil layer 5 according to pressure within the sealed container 1 and a temperature condition. When drops of liquid coolant condensed is generated around a suction pipe of a compressor, the liquid coolant becomes difficult to be sucked from the suction opening part of the oil feeding pipe 14 by an action that liquid coolant does not stay near the lower part of the suction opening part of the oil feeding pipe 14 by the shelf part 7 even if the liquid coolant drops down.

Refrigerant gas is compressed by means of a compression chamber 5a and delivered. In which case, a conical spring hole 11a is formed in the lower part of the vane 11. A spherical contact part 12a is fitted to the end part of the vane spring 12, the contact part 12a is brought into contact with the spring hole 11a, and the other end of the vane spring 12 is fitted in the spring hole 9 of the cylinder 5.
