Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability of a vane spring by providing a ring groove where the vane spring is engaged in the end part on which the vane spring of a vane abuts, and forming the ring groove in such a manner that the outer peripheral circle of the bottom thereof has the same diameter as the outside diameter of the vane spring, and the inner peripheral circle has the same diameter as the inside diameter of the vane spring. SOLUTION: A compression element of this rotary compressor is formed by a cylinder 6, a main side housing 7, a sub-side housing 8, a roller piston 9 and a vane spring 10, and a vane 11 is pressure contacted to the roller piston 9. In this case, a projecting part 12a is formed on the back of the vane 12, thereby forming a ring groove part 12c around the projecting part 12a. Thus, the sharpness of the edge part 12b of the projecting part 12a is restrained, when the coil diameter of the vane spring 10 is a little smaller, the inside diameter side of the vane spring 10 is engaged at the inside of the ring groove 12c, and when the coil diameter of the vane spring 10 is a little larger, the outside diameter side of the vane spring 10 is engaged at the outside of the ring groove 12c.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable rotary compressor while maintaining the durability of a vane spring stopper by suppressing backlash between an insertion hole of a vane spring and the vane spring stopper and reducing the movement of the vane spring stopper relative to the insertion hole. SOLUTION: The vane spring stopper 13 is provided with two approximately cylindrical vane portions 13b as guides for fitting the insertion hole 6a formed in the cylinder. The two vane portions are integrally formed with the bottom of the vane spring stopper at their widths enough to supporting the maximum load of the vane spring, and a width L between the ends of the two vane portions is larger than an inner diameter D of the insertion hole 6a.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the abrasion of a coil spring and the inner surface of an oil feed pipe at a low cost and improve reliability by applying lubricating plating to the surface of a coil spring fixed to one end of a shaft by a nickel- phosphor-polytetrafluoroethylene processing method. SOLUTION: During operation of a rotary compressor, when an electric current is carried to a motor M, the rotation of a rotor 3 is transmitted to a shaft 9, and the rotation of the shaft 9 simultaneously rotates a coil spring 19 in an oil pipe 18 as an oil feed pipe, and oil 4 is raised by lead of the coil spring 19 to be supplied to side housings 7, 6 and a roller 12 by an oil groove 10 of the shaft 9. In this case, lubricating plating is applied to the surface of the coil spring 19 by a nickel-phoshor-polyterafluoroethylene processing method. After the plating process, further heat treatment is made at about 350 deg.C to heighten the hardness of the plating layer to Hv 600 at maximum as to reduce the abrasion of the coil spring 19.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the quantity of feeding oil by preventing a gas dome from being generated in an oil feeding pipe. SOLUTION: In this compressor, an oil feeding pipe 14 fixed to a discharge cover 13 at its one end, and opened to oil 4 at the other hand, and a coil spring 15 fixed to a shaft 16 at its one end, while being rotated within the oil feeding pipe 14, are provided, an oil groove 16a communicating the oil feeding pipe 14 with a space S at the side of the electrically driven element M of a closed container 1, and having a carrying route provided in the same direction, is provided for a shaft 16, and a stop hole 16b is provided for the axial core of the shaft 16 and a pass hole 16c communicated with the stop hole 16b, and opened to the off-set part of the shaft or to the oil groove 16a in a place close to an off-set part 17, is provided. By this constitution, a gas dome is thereby prevented from being generated in the oil feeding pipe, so that the quantity of feeding oil can stably be secured.

SOLUTION: The fold section 14b of a vane spring 14 is continued to a cylinder side hook section 14a, the fold section 14b serves as an insertion stop, and the position of the vane spring 14 after insertion can be adjusted not to interfere with other components. The vane spring hook hole of a cylinder 12 is bored at the angle nearly equal to the inclined angle of the cylinder side hook section 14 a, and the cylinder side hook section 14 a of the vane spring 14 is inserted and hooked in the vane spring hook hole of the cylinder 12. The vane spring 14 is prevented from being released, and the vane spring 14 can be positioned.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make liquid coolant difficult to be sucked from a suction opening part of an oil feeding mechanism by providing a shelf part which is higher than the bottom part of a sealed container in the lower direction of the suction opening of the oil feeding mechanism. SOLUTION: A shelf part 7 which is higher than the bottom part of a sealed container 1 is provided in the lower direction of a suction opening of an oil feeding pipe 14 supplying ice machine oil to a compression element 2. The length of the oil feeding pipe 14 is shortened so as not to interfere with the shelf part 7. Because compatibility of HFC system coolant and mineral oil or alkylbenzene ice machine oil is not good by this constitution, liquid coolant is reduced near the suction opening part of the oil feeding pipe 14 because the shelf part 7 pushes its way through a liquid coolant layer 6 even in a state that liquid coolant is condensed and stays on the lower side of an ice machine oil layer 5 according to pressure within the sealed container 1 and a temperature condition. When drops of liquid coolant condensed is generated around a suction pipe of a compressor, the liquid coolant becomes difficult to be sucked from the suction opening part of the oil feeding pipe 14 by an action that liquid coolant does not stay near the lower part of the suction opening part of the oil feeding pipe 14 by the shelf part 7 even if the liquid coolant drops down.

SOLUTION: This system is provided with a compressor 12, a condenser 2, a plurality of evaporators 5-1, 5-2, a plurality of expanders 11-1, 11-2 connected with the evaporators and switches 10-1, 10-2 opening and closing a plurality of the evaporators 5-1, 5-2 respectively. The compressor 12 is an inverter compressor having an operating frequency converting means 13, and thereby the suction capacity of the compressor 12 is changed according to the required quantity of refrigerant circulation so as to suppress an extreme fall and sudden fluctuation in evaporative temperature (evaporative pressure).
