    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a recovery of refrigerant unnecessary upon services after second time and prevent so much affection of discharging of the refrigerant into atmosphere to global environment upon the disposal of a refrigerating device, by a method wherein the refrigerant is replaced with the refrigerant of HFC series and refrigerating machine oil is replaced with HAB or mineral oil upon replacing them in the service of a compressor. SOLUTION: A compressor 9 stores refrigerating machine oil 10 in a sealed vessel 2 and compresses refrigerant 21 to discharge the same. Upon replacing the compressor 9, refrigerant 21 is replaced with HFC series. The HFC series refrigerant does not contain chloride and, therefore, the destruction of the ozone layer is eliminated, and too severe affection to the global environment can be prevented even when the refrigerant is discharged into atmosphere, whereby the recovery work of the refrigerant is made unnecessary and the efficiency of the service replacement work can be improved. The refrigerating machine oil 10 is replaced with HAB or mineral oil. A moisture adsorbing rate is reduced whereby deterioration or generation of acid is hardly occurred, and big problem will not be generated in the function of a refrigerating cycle even when air or water is mixed upon the service replacement.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strengthen rigid force while restraining a plate thickness and a height of a lower shell by setting an inside raidus of a folding-back part of a connecting part with a case shell equal to or smaller than the plate thickness, and forming a curved surface having different curvatures having the center on the axis of the case shell. SOLUTION: A lower shell 3 has a folding-back part 3b of a connecting part 3a with a case shell 2, and also has a curved surface 3c of a bottom part of the lower shell 3. The curved surface 3c of the bottom part is formed in different curvatures δ1 and δ2 having the center on the Y-Y axis. The curved surface 3c of this bottom part is formed by setting the curvature δ2 of a central part smaller than the curvature δ1 of an outside part to strengthen rigid force of the lower shell 3. Therefore, a rotary compressor of a low noise can be obtained by strengthening rigidity of the lower shell 3 while restraining a plate thickness (t) and a height (h) of the lower shell 3.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance the reliability by pressing a partition plate fast to a discharge cover with the flange part of a suction pipe, preventing a high pressure gas from blowing off into the oil, and accomplishing good performance of oil feed to the sliding parts. CONSTITUTION:The rotation of a rotor 3 is transmitted to a crank shaft 9, and a coil spring 14 rotates while holding [he curved shape being restricted by an oil pipe 15 fixed to a side housing 7 on the counter-motor side fast together with a discharge cover 18, and thereby the oil 4 is fed bit by bit to the crank shaft 9 by the lead of the coil spring 14. A discharge cover 21 and a partition plate 22 are pressed fast to the side housing 7 by the flange part of a suction pipe 20. This eliminates suction of the high pressure gas into the oil 4 from around the pipe 20, ensures that the oil 4 is fed in good performance from the oil pipe 15 to cause the shaft 9 to be oiled satisfactorily, and accomplishes a compressor having a high reliability.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly generate a fluctuating noise in a discharge muffler by fixing a compression part and a sealed case to each other on an outer periphery of a main bearing, and discharging delivery gas to a main bearing side which is not dipped in a refrigerator oil. SOLUTION: A delivery part 11 is arranged on a main bearing 9, gas compressed in a cylinder 2 is delivered in a discharging muffler 12 through the delivery part 11. The delivery muffler 12 is partitioned into a first delivery chamber 20 and a second delivery chamber 21 by a baffle 19. A pass hole is opened on the buffle 19, gas released through the delivery part 11 is throttled again, pulsation component of gas is reduced, and gas is released to the second chamber. A small hole is arranged on the discharging muffler 12, and discharging gas is released into a sealed case after delivery gas is throttled. A shaft hollow part 23 is arranged on a shaft 3, the inner circumference 17 of the delivery muffler 12 is pressed in a boss part 18 of the main bearing. An inner diameter near a press-in part of the boss part 18 is contracted by distortion of press-in, and a press-in position is set at a position of the hollow part 23 of the shaft 3.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the adhesion strength of a nitrided layer and a nitrided chrome layer, and improve the abrasion resistance of a vane itself by removing a white layer existing in the nitrided layer before applying ion plating treatment to the vane. SOLUTION: In the case of a rotary compressor using an HFC coolant and ester-alkyl benzene synthetic oil, a roller 5 mounted on the eccentric part of a shaft 7 eccentrically rotates in a cylinder 6, when a compression mechanism 3 is actuated on the operation of an electric motor 2. Also, a vane 11 in contact with the external surface of the roller 5 separates a compression chamber into a high-pressure chamber and a low-pressure chamber for the purpose of compression. In this case, an ionized plasma is generated via a glow discharge in the decompressed atmosphere of the mixed gases of nitrogen and hydrogen. The gases are ionized and heat is applied to a machined material as nitriding treatment, thereby forming a nitrided layer. Then, the white layer of the nitrided layer is removed at a lapping process or the like and ion plating treatment is applied for forming a nitrided chrome layer, thereby increasing the abrasion resistance of the vane 11.

At a time when this ion bombardment process is applied, a temperature of the nitriding layer is controlled so as not to make the vane's temperature become more than the nitriding temperature, thus preventing the nitriding layer from turning to porousness. In this connection, there is a correlation between the hardness of this vane's nitriding layer and an abrasion loss, namely, if hardness of the nitriding layer is lowered, the abrasive loss grows larger.

SOLUTION: In association with the rotation of a shaft 30, oil is reserved in an oil reservoir part 18 bypassing an oiling chamber 17, and sucked from one end of the oiling groove 31 of an auxiliary shaft part and reaches an eccentric part 7 of the shaft 30 through an oiling groove 31 of the auxiliary shaft part, while carrying out lubricating operation between the auxiliary shaft part and an auxiliary bearing of the shaft 30. At this time, a high-pressure gas of a space 19 in a hermetic vessel is advanced from the oiling groove 32 of the main shaft part into a low-pressure zone of a compression chamber 9, when oil is not filled into the oiling groove 32 of the main shaft part. However, since the cross sectional area of the oiling groove 32 of the main shaft part is formed smaller than that of the oiling groove 31 of the auxiliary shaft part, oil can be filled in the oiling groove 32 of the main shaft part, even with little oil. It is thus possible to prevent a high-pressure gas from infiltrating into the space 19 in the hermetic container.

SOLUTION: A rotary compressor is provided with a cylinder with a cylindrical hollow part; a cylindrical roller 14 eccentrically disposed in the hollow part so as to be in proximity to the cylinder and put in turning motion with the cylinder axis of the hollow part as a rotation axis; a vane 13 having a rounded tip part and forming an intake chamber and a discharge chamber by the contact of this tip part with the outer peripheral part of the roller 14; and a motor part for putting the roller 14 in turning motion. The vane 13 is formed of high speed tool steel SKH51, and the roller 14 is formed of cast iron with a steadite phase formed by adding a phosphorus element (P).
