The tank 7 is removable from the frame 8. The tank 7 has a tank body 15 and a cover 16. The cover 16 is removable from the body 15. The pump is a gear pump, and mounted integrally with the frame 8.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the breakdown of a refrigerator and the variability of temperatures in the refrigerator, which are due to the forgetting of the closing of a partitioning door, and obtain the refrigerator excellent in the performance thereof by a method wherein the refrigerator is provided with a connecting rod supporting boss, regulating the moving range of the connecting rod provided on the partitioning wall of a side surface, and a door rack, formed with a flange toward the inside of the refrigerator. CONSTITUTION:When a partitioning door 9 is opened, a connecting rod 14 is stopped when the boss 18 of the connecting rod 14 is moved through a long hole 19 as a guide and the boss 18 is abutted against the end of the long hole 19. When a refrigerator door 26 is closed, a flange 2, formed toward the inside of the refrigerator, snaps the partitioning door 9 up while the partitioning door 9 is moved by the elastic force of a spring 16, hooked to the connecting rod 14 of the door 9, by the guide of the long hole 19 and the partitioning door 9 is closed automatically. The refrigerator, excellent in performance and capable of preventing the breakdown of the partitioning door 9 by the door rack 1 formed with the flange 2 toward the inside of the refrigerator, can be manufactured in such a manner.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate the storing and delivery of articles and improve air- tightness in a refrigerator by a method wherein a partitioning body, having a guide projection abutting against a guide surface and sliding, is provided while gaskets at the non-supporting sides of both doors are abutted against the front surface of the partitioning body. CONSTITUTION:When a door 7A is closed gradually, a partitioning body 13A enters into a refrigerator 9, a guide projection 14A is abutted against the guide surface 12 of a guide unit 11 and is pivoted counterclockwise against the resilient force of a spring 23 while a gasket 8 is abutted against a cross rail 16 whereby the inside of the refrigerator is sealed air-tightly. Next, when the door 7A is opened, the guide projection 14A raises up the guide unit 11 having upper and lower guide surfaces 12 by the resilient force of the spring 23 and the partitioning body 13A is pivoted clockwise while the gasket 8 is separated from the cross rail 16 by the pivoting of the partitioning body 13A. When the door 7A is opened further, the partitioning body 13A is pivoted clockwise by the spring 23 and, thereafter, the door 7A is pivoted easily and is opened.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To make the distance between a cooler and a bimetal thermostat uniform so as to reduce the variation of the defrosting state and time among products by providing the cooler and a cooler holder made of a resin on the interior surface of a freezing chamber and attaching the bimetal thermostat to an integrally formed holding section. CONSTITUTION: A cooler holder 21 made of a resin and fitted with a cooler 8 is attached to the inner box 3 of a freezing chamber 5 with screws 22. Then a bimetal thermostat 15 which detects the rise of the defrosting temperature of the cooler 8 is united with the cooler 8 by means of the holder 21. Consequently, the distance between the cooler 8 and thermostat 15 can be made uniform and the variation of the defrosting state and time among products can be reduced. In addition, since the holder 21 is made of the resin, the occurrence of leaks resulting from the scratch of the holder 21 can be prevented.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-leafed hinged door apparatus having improved assembling accuracy and improved condensation resistant property. SOLUTION: A double-leafed hinged door is provided which has a first door 6A and a second door 6B. A rotatable partition structure 11 is provided on the back surface of the first door 6A on a non-pivotal side of the same. A pin 12A provided facing a front edge opening on the side of a heat insulation box 5 is guided and engaged with a circular-arc shaped groove 15A provided only in an upper end surface of the partition structure 11. Hereby, opening and closing of the first door 6A is achieved smoothly without wrenching thereof to prevent cold air that might cause condensation in the vicinity of a lower end surface of the partition structure 11 from stagnating.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door device of a refrigerator, which does not sweat by improving positional accuracy in attachment, and removing the space between seal members, in a drawer type of door. SOLUTION: A drawer type door 1 to block the front opening within a refrigerator is so constituted as to have a frame which accommodates and fixes a container, being screwed to a side within a door and supported by riding on rails projected and provided at a sidewall of a refrigerator, a reinforcing plate 4 having a bending piece 21 for fixing the frame and fixed at a rear face by a foaming heat insulating agent 16, and an outer plate 22 having a positioning hole 23 for inserting the bent piece 21 in the reinforcing plate 4 and supporting and fixing the reinforcing plate. Hereby, the bending piece 21 projected from the reinforcing plate 4 can improve accuracy of relational position of the frame fixed to the reinforcing plate 4 and the door and keep the interval between a rotary door and the drawer type door, by being inserted in the hole 24 for positioning provided at the outer plate 22, whereby this can prevent the flaw of the door caused by contact and besides remove the space of seal member, and avoid sweating.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To reduce the operating man-hour by fixing a baffle plate for partitioning an opening by a pawl provided at the front part of the plate, a rib engaged with the pawl, a protrusion provided on the back surface of the plate, and a recess engaged with the protrusion provided on the front surface of a control box. CONSTITUTION: A baffle plate 31 is fixed by inserting the protrusion provided on the back surface into the recess provided on the front surface of a control box 34, and then by a rib 36 formed at a cover 33 and a pawl 35 provided at the front part of the plate 31. Then, the rear part of the plate 31 is suppressed by the protrusion 39 protruding from an inner box 3 to effectively fix the plate 31. Thus, the operating man-hour is reduced, and an article value is not obviated by impairing a sense of beauty. Even if the box 34 is suppressed by a foaming jig 39 by suppressing the plate 31 by the protrusion 39 protruding from the box 3, the rear part of the plate 31 is not removed.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the left or right side of a shelf from inclining, and to move the shelf with a small strength by forming a sliding slot, receiving a slidable member, vertically in a rail and also forming a rack meshing with a flat gear on one side in the slidable slot. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate frame 2c to connect right and left frames 2a, 2b is provided. When a shelf 1 in a shelf mechanism is moved up or down, a dial 6a is turned, then a dial shaft 7 and a drive gear 8 are rotated, a rolling gear 9 which meshes with the drive gear 8 is rotated, a gear shaft 4 and flat gears 5 on both sides are rotated, and the flat gear 5 is moved while meshing with a rack 14b on the front side of a sliding slot 14a. At this time, the flat gears 5 on the right and left are fixed to the gear shaft 4 and rotated together so that the right and left sides of a frame 2, i.e. the shelf 1, are moved up and down in a same way without causing difference of height between both sides. Thus, the shelf 1 and the frame 2 can be moved vertically while being kept level.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate the receiving of food and permit the movement of a rack with comparatively small force by a method wherein the title device is equipped with a dial, connected to a driving device and provided at the front end of a frame, a sliding groove, sliding and retaining a sliding member, and a rack, meshed with a spar gear formed on one side in the sliding groove. CONSTITUTION:When a dial 6a is turned, spar gears 5 at both left and right ends are turned simultaneously by a driving device 6 rotating the spar gears 5 or a gear shaft 7 whereby a rack can be moved up-and-down. Accordingly, the rack 1 and a frame 2 can be moved up-and-down while being kept horizontally by spar gears, moving up-and-down simultaneously on the left and right racks 14b. According to this method, a sliding member 3, moved up-and-down in the same sliding groove 14a, can be slid smoothly without being slanted obliquely whereby the operating force of a dial 6a, provided at the front end of a frame, can be small. Further, the sliding member is constituted of rollers whereby the rollers are turned in the sliding groove 14a and smooth movement of the rack 1 or the operation of the dial by single hand can be effected easily with a small force and, at the same time, food can be received simply into the right end easily by the other hand.
