    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a heat insulator having excellent heat insulation necessary to solve a problem of low internal space efficiency of a refrigerator, etc., due to insufficient heat and cold insulation effects and to enhance heat and cold insulation effects in the insulator to be used for a refrigerator, a freezing box, a food warming cabinet, a freezing prefabrication, a portable refrigerator, etc. CONSTITUTION:The heat insulator comprises a heat insulation material 6, a packaging bag 7 for covering the entire surface of the material 6 and distributing the material 6 substantially into a vacuum atmosphere, and a heat conduction preventing unit 16 for preventing heat conduction to part of the bag 7. Thus, since a vacuum degree of the insulator can be maintained high for a long period and transfer of heat due to conduction can be prevented, the insulator having excellent heat insulation and temperature retention can be obtained, and it is useful to manufacture a refrigerator, etc., having a high internal space efficiency.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent clouding at a hydrophilic film from occurring on an inner transparent plate even if a dew formation occurs on the film and enable an inside part of a refrigerator to be seen by a method wherein the hydrophilic film is laminated on an inside surface of the transparent plate facing to an inside part of the refrigerator. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of closed spacings 4 formed between piled-up transparent plates 1a, 1b and 1c are formed as thermal insulating layers. A hydrophilic film 10 is adhred to a surface of the transparent plate 1c of the refrigerator. As the hydrophilic film, a film composed of polymer having hydrophilic or water absorbing characteristics can be used. With such an arrangement, the refrigerator door shows that the transparent plate 1c within the refrigerator has a uniform wetting at the surface even under a dew formation due to the fact that the hydrophilic film 10 for use in prohibiting cloudy state therein also during a time in which the items in the refrigerator are being opened after opening the door and thus the door is not clouded at its surface. In addition, even if the transparent plate 1c is cracked, the transparent plate 1c is not splashed due to the fact that the clouding preventive hydrophilic film 10 is adhered.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the cost and protect the core material from the attack by the foaming agent in the heat insulating material by extruding a resin having acrylonitrile as its primary constituent to either one side or both sides of the core material of styrene resin, and vacuum-molding the same such that the resin layer comprising acrylonitrile faces the heat insulating material. CONSTITUTION:The inner casing 4 is manufactured by vacuum-molding a sheet having styrene resin 6 as its core material and a resin layer 7, 7' on both sides of it which is thinner than the resin 6 and comprises acrylonitrile as the primary constituent. By this constitution, because most of the part is formed by the less expensive styrene resin 6, and the surface which is exposed to the heat insulating material 5 and its foaming agent is coated with the resin layer 7, 7' having acrylonitrile as its primary constituent, the heat insulated cabinet can be manufactured at less cost with a better quality.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain a heat insulating box for refrigerator, showcase, or the like, comprising an outer box forming an outer shell, an inner box made by vacuum molding a multilayer sheet of vinyl chloride resin and ABS resin, and a heat insulating material, e.g. foamed polyurethane, injected between inner and outer boxes. CONSTITUTION: An inner box 4 is vacuum molded using a sheet having a vinyl chloride resin layer 6 and an ABS resin layer 7 wherein the layer 6 is provided on the heat insulating material 5 side while being bonded thereto in order to keep rigidity of the inner box 4. The layer 7 is provided on the inside of a refrigerator in order to protect the inner box 4 against crack by taking advantage of the characteristics of ABS resin, i.e., high impact resistance, while preventing the layer 6 from touching foods. According to the structure, the inner box is protected against crack even upon abutting against foods resulting in significant cost reduction and enhancement of quality.
