An end 9 of the flange 7 is disposed separately from the sidewall 2a, and foamed hot melt is charged at an opposite side.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a heat insulator having excellent heat insulation necessary to solve a problem of low internal space efficiency of a refrigerator, etc., due to insufficient heat and cold insulation effects and to enhance heat and cold insulation effects in the insulator to be used for a refrigerator, a freezing box, a food warming cabinet, a freezing prefabrication, a portable refrigerator, etc. CONSTITUTION:The heat insulator comprises a heat insulation material 6, a packaging bag 7 for covering the entire surface of the material 6 and distributing the material 6 substantially into a vacuum atmosphere, and a heat conduction preventing unit 16 for preventing heat conduction to part of the bag 7. Thus, since a vacuum degree of the insulator can be maintained high for a long period and transfer of heat due to conduction can be prevented, the insulator having excellent heat insulation and temperature retention can be obtained, and it is useful to manufacture a refrigerator, etc., having a high internal space efficiency.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce an amount of work without making any disturbance of a pitch at a pipe circulation part and without lifting the pipe circulation part by a method wherein a pipe groove is formed, a double flange composed of flanges is formed and a heat radiation pipe is inserted. CONSTITUTION:A thermal radiation pipe 2 is fixed in a pipe groove 4 by a side surface of an outer box 1, a rear flange 5, an upper end 3a of a fixing flange 3 and a side end part 3b. After this operation, an iron plate reinforcing member 10 is welded to it, a heat conducting adhesive agent 3 is applied around the heat radiation pipe 2, an inner box 11 is inserted, a foamed heat insulating material is put between both boxes and then the box is formed. Since movement of the heat radiation pipe 2 is prohibited by the fixing flange 3, it is not necessary to use a pipe floating preventive tape and further it is not necessary to use a pipe pitch fixing jig.
