Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To define relation between size of an electrothermal module and size of a refrigerator, and required size of a radiating plate when an outer box is used as a radiating plate for heat exchange without using a radiation fan or a forced cooling fan to make a refrigerating and heating box using the electrothermal module small, light and excellent in portability. SOLUTION: A whole of an outer box is constructed as a radiating plate and is constructed small and light with an electric power source provided. The relation of sizes between the electrothermal module and the outer box as the radiating plate. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirrer which enables crushing and mixing hard and large food materials. SOLUTION: This stirrer is constituted of a main body part and a lower part contact member and, further, the main body part is provided with a stirring blade, a material holding member and a cover member. The stirrer sends the stirring blade downward while rotating the same and completes the stirring until the stirring blade reaches the prescribed position such as the bottom of a paper cup. Further, on the step 2, current values of a motor for stirring and a motor for vertical moving are always monitored, if the current value of either of motors exceeds a predetermined value, the shift to the step 6 occurs, the motor for vertical moving is reversed and the stirring blade is liberated.
