    Abstract: A manifold incorporating a thermoelectric module having a wide contact of a heat medium with a heat transfer surface of the thermoelectric module and an excellent heat exchange efficiency, and a circular thermoelectric module easily manufactured and constructed into a multi-stacked structure. The manifold (1) comprises a cooling-side manifold piece (2), a heating-side manifold piece (3), a cooling-side agitating member (5), a heating-side agitating member (6), a thermoelectric module (7) and a motor member (8). Heat transfer surfaces (50, 51) of the thermoelectric module (7) are disposed vertically, so that if air enters the cavities (52, 55), air rises along the heat transfer surfaces (50, 51) and exhausted from the exhaust ports (22, 43) at the top of the manifold (1). The cooling-side agitating member (5) and the heating-side agitating member (6) are provided with permanent magnets (33), so that the cooling-side agitating member (5) receives a driving force from the heating-side agitating member (6) and is rotated. A square thermoelectric module (11) is held between aluminium disks (12,13) to form a circular thermoelectric module (10).

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food product producing device, which relates to a device for producing food products in a juice or semifrozen state, facilitates a tooling change, and permits prompt producing of various kinds of food products. SOLUTION: This food producing device 1 includes a body portion 6 into which a cold storage portion 2, a mixing portion 3, and a washing portion 5 are all integrated. The mixing portion 3 is provided with a clutch 37 for outputting the rotational force outside. A stiring blade 32 for stiring foodstuffs is made attachable and detachable to and from the body portion. The clutch 37 is made vertically movable to the body portion. The clutch 37 is moved to connect with the stiring blade 32 for rotating the same.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manifold incorporating a thermoelectric module in which heat exchanging efficiency is enhanced by regulating the flow rate of heat carrier. SOLUTION: In a manifold 1 incorporating a thermoelectric module 7, heat exchanging efficiency is enhanced by differentiating the flow rate of heat carrier on the cooling side from the flow rate of heat carrier on the heating side. In order to lower the temperature of heat carrier on the cooling side, channel resistance in the manifold 1 is designed such that the flow rate of heat carrier on the heating side is lower than the flow rate of heat carrier on the cooling side. When pump components, e.g. impellers 5, 6 constituting a volute pump, are incorporated, heat carrier delivery capacity of the pump components is designed.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler utilizing Peltier effect which can operate with no trouble even under inclining state, and a method for increasing the chance of contact between a heat carrier and the heat transfer surface of a thermoelectric module by removing bubbles in the piping. SOLUTION: In an air purge chamber, pipes (tubular members) are employed at both the heat carrier inlet 48 and heat carrier outlet 49 extending into a container 47. The pipes enter the container 47 from the center on the bottom face thereof. The pipe constituting the heat carrier inlet 48 extends to the vicinity of the center of gravity of the container 47 and opens thereat.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To eliminate a small gap between foams, to improve waterproofing seal and to reduce the operating man-hour by combining the connecting terminal of a plurality of wire harnesses and the open-cell foam punched in a connecting terminal shape. CONSTITUTION: Since the connecting terminal 11 of a plurality of wire harnesses 2 and the open-cell foam 10 punched in a connecting terminal shape are combined, no gap is generated between the terminals 11, and heat insulation, waterproofness and sealability are complete. Further, since the plurality are simultaneously mounted, the operating man-hour can be reduced. A piece is inserted to the foam 10 to eliminate the bent at the time of mounting, thereby completing the sealability. Further, since the integral foaming of the foam 10 is conducted by an automatic machine, the operating man-hour can be decreased.
