Abstract:
PURPOSE:To easily provide a transparent electroconductive substrate with, which has a certain gap and presents good visibility, by forming a spacer excellent in anti-solvent and anti-scratch property. CONSTITUTION:A soda glass plate subjected to SiO2 (quartz glass) coating is used as a transparent, heat resistant substrate. Over it an ink layer is formed by means of spin coating of ITO formation liquid, and initial drying is performed for 20min at 85 deg.C. As inorganic filler, silica beads of a mean particle size of 5mum are blasted by an air gun onto this ink layer. This is followed by baking in air atmosphere for one hr at 500 deg.C. Thus a transparent electroconductive substrate is accomplished, in which the portion with ink layer constitutes a transparent electroconductive film layer while the portion with inorganic filler constitutes a spacer.

PURPOSE:To improve removing effect of an unnecessary coloring substance by forming a porous linear element comprising at least two regions sequentially on a support. CONSTITUTION:When a test piece for analysis is soaked in solution to be inspected in a vessel 8 from an interfering factor removing element E1 at the lower end, the element E1 removes and dissolves interfering factors until the solution to be inspected spreads to a next reaction element E2, and then the solution to be inspected processed by the element E1 reaches the element E2. While the solution spreads in the element, it uniformly reacts with inspection reagent contained in the element E2. Reaction product produced in the element E2 reacts with coloring reagent in a color identification element E4 coupled via an isolation element E3 wherein a substance to be inspected is detected or determined according to a degree of the coloring. The test piece is constituted so that the solution to be inspected or reactant is penetrated and diffused along a lengthwise direction of a plurality of linear elements E1 to E4, whereas separation between reagent components which must not be mixed with one another is easy as well as separation between the reactant and the product is good, removing effect of a reaction disturbing substance is high and removing effect of an unnecessary coloring substance is high in each element.

PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration in properties of inspecting reagent parts and the adhesion of dust by providing an adhesive layer and a gas impermeable base over the entire surface of a release film formed with the inspecting reagent parts by using inspecting reagent ink. CONSTITUTION:The inspecting reagent parts 2 are formed on the release film 1 by various printing methods using the ink composed of drugs which do not modify the inspecting reagent. The entire surface of the film 1 provided with the reagent parts 2 is then provided with the adhesive layer 3 consisting of a material which does not exert adverse influence, such as deterioration in property, degradation of activity or contamination, to the reagent. Further, the base 4 is provided on the layer 3 by heating, pressurizing, etc. The film 1 is stripped from a clinical inspecting body to expose a surface 6 to be exposed at the time of use on the front surface of the reagent parts 2, then the film is rapidly immersed into an inspecting sample or the liquid drop of the inspecting sample is dropped onto the exposed surface 6 to detect and determine the specific material. The deterioration in properties of the reagent parts by the moisture absorption of these parts themselves is prevented by this production process; in addition, the exposed surface is covered by the film simultaneously with the formation of the reagent parts and, therefore, the exposure to the air is obviated and the adhesion of the dust is prevented.

PURPOSE:To prevent hologram information from being dissipated, and to simultaneously from a metallic thin film layer and a protective layer, by forming a hologram by using a transfer sheet which has recorded the hologram information as a fine uneven pattern to the surface of a formed part simultaneously with molding. CONSTITUTION:A transfer sheet is installed to a prescribed position in a molding metallic mold of an injection molding machine by a suitable means so that an adhesive agent layer 4 of the transfer sheet becomes the inside, and a molded parts 5 is formed by packing the inside of the molding metallic mold with a molding resin. Accordingly, the molding resin of a molten state is formed to a desired shape in the molding metallic mold, and simultaneously, hologram information of the transfer sheet is engraved as an uneven pattern to a desired part of the surface of the molded parts which has been molded, and also, a resin layer 2 and a metallic thin film layer 3 in which the hologram information has been recorded are transferred and printed to the surface of the molded part 5. Thereafter, the molded parts 5 to which the transfer printing has been performed is taken out of the inside of the molding metallic mold, and a base body sheet 1 is peeled off from the transfer-printed surface of the surface of the molded parts 5.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To efficiently produce a molding having a beautiful hologram by ejecting a molten resin into a molding tool recorded with hologram information as a rugged pattern in part or the whole of the inside surface. CONSTITUTION:The photoresist hologram is manufactured from a master hologram of the pattern consisting of the interference of reference light and the object light obtd. from a model and the molding tool is manufactured by using such hologram. Thermplastic resins such as vinyl chloride, polystyrene, acryl and carbonate, and thermosetting resins such as epoxy and phenols can be used as the molten resin. A hologram image appears to be formed on the molding surface and the stereoscopic image or the image by a spectral change appears to be formed on the molding surface if a thin metallic film layer 2 is further provided at need onto the rugged pattern H of the molding 1 having the resultant hologram.
