    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the base material for liquid crystal display which is neither excessive nor deficient in the transposition quantity of spacers to glass substrates. CONSTITUTION:A thin film forming device consisting of an intaglio plate having many ink cells, an ink supply means which supplies ink into the ink cells, a printing roll having an anastic plate, to which the ink of the intaglio plate is transferred, on a plate drum, and a printing table where a printed body to which the ink on the printing roll is transferred is fixed is used and seal material ink having spacers 2 dispersed in binders 1 is used to manufacture the base material for liquid crystal display which has a liquid crystal seal parts 5 formed on the glass substrates 3; and the spacers are granular.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable the integrated formation of transparent electrode takeout circuits for electrodes at the side of a glass substrate and a transparent film by forming a notch in a two- or three-way direction other than the takeout circuit formation direction of the connection part of a transparent electrode at the side of a glass substrate for separation from a transparent film, and applying thermocompression bonding to the connection part using anisotropic conductive adhesive. CONSTITUTION:Takeout circuits for a transparent electrode 5 at the side of a glass substrate 1 and another transparent electrode 6 at the side of a transparent film 2 are monolithically formed on the transparent film 2, and a connection part 7 with the transparent electrode 5 at the side of the glass substrate 1 is formed on the takeout circuits. Furthermore, a notch 4 is so formed as to separate two- or three-way directions other than a direction for providing the takeout circuits of the connection part 7 from the transparent film 2, and a transparent touch panel is so constituted as to permit the thermocompression bonding of the connection part 7, using an anisotropic conductive adhesive. According to the aforesaid construction, the transparent touch panel is so formed as to integrate the takeout circuits of the transparent electrode 5 at the side of the glass substrate 1 and another transparent electrode 6 at the side of the transparent film 2, thereby ensuring a proper connection and the high reliability.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To surely volatilize and remove a solvent contained in an electrical connection material and/or an insulating material sandwiched between different circuit boards and a secondary product of a hardening reaction by a method wherein a through hole is made in at least one circuit board coming into contact with a conductive paste or an adhesive. CONSTITUTION:Through holes 13 piercing a circuit board are made in parts where evaporating and drying conductive pastes 3 and/or evaporating and drying adhesives are sandwiched inside a laminated circuit board. Accordingly, a volatile component contained in the evaporating and drying conductive pastes 3 and/or the evaporating and drying adhesives is volatilized efficiently through the through holes 13. By this setup, the evaporating and drying conductive pastes 3 and/or the evaporating and drying adhesives can be dried sufficiently even when the area of a connection part is large or the size of the board is large.

When there is difference between the thermal expansion coefficients or quantities of heat-shrinkage of a pair of mutually adjacent laminated circuit substrates 1, 6, the slits 2 or the pinholes 3 are shaped to the circuit substrate 1 having the large thermal expansion coefficient or the large quantity of heat-shrinkage. Said slits 2 and pinholes 3 are shaped by selecting sections where stress is concentrated in non-electrical connecting sections in the periphery of electrical connecting sections 4.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of the surface of a touch panel even when the sliding of the tip part of a pen and a transparent touch panel is switched at the time of inputting coordinates by forming the tip part of an input pen by a polyolefin type resin. CONSTITUTION:A transparent touch panel arranges a fixed electrode side film to form a fixed electrode at one side surface and a movable electrode side film to form a movable electrode at one side surface so that an electrode forming surface can face. An input pen to hand-writing-input coordinates to the transparent touch panel forms the tip part by a polyolefin type resin. Preferably, the transparent touch panel is of a resistance touch system, that is, the movable electrode and the fixed electrode are not usually contacted, the surface of the transparent touch panel is suppressed by the input pen, the contact is made to occur between both electrodes, and by changing the resistance value of the electrode, the system in which the coordinates of the suppressed point are inputted is obtained. Thus, the wear of the surface of the transparent touch panel can be prevented.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily provide a transparent electroconductive substrate with, which has a certain gap and presents good visibility, by forming a spacer excellent in anti-solvent and anti-scratch property. CONSTITUTION:A soda glass plate subjected to SiO2 (quartz glass) coating is used as a transparent, heat resistant substrate. Over it an ink layer is formed by means of spin coating of ITO formation liquid, and initial drying is performed for 20min at 85 deg.C. As inorganic filler, silica beads of a mean particle size of 5mum are blasted by an air gun onto this ink layer. This is followed by baking in air atmosphere for one hr at 500 deg.C. Thus a transparent electroconductive substrate is accomplished, in which the portion with ink layer constitutes a transparent electroconductive film layer while the portion with inorganic filler constitutes a spacer.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To get a switch base material not requiring further design or processing of spacers for individual switches, by forming dotlike spacers, within specific ranges of diameter, height and density, on the transparent conductive coating of a base material body. CONSTITUTION:A transparent conductive coating 3 is formed on the whole upper specific part of the base material body 2 of a base material 1. On the coating 3, round dots 4 are formed out of synthetic resin such as polyester, acryl or the like as spacers. The dots 4, when completed as touch switches, form a gap between upper and lower contact plates to keep the contacts usually off. The touch switches thereby made of the base material 1 can form the spacers in the base metal stage, irrespective of touch switch circuit design, to remove a spacer forming process.
