PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer DNA microarray that reduces time required for detection, dispenses with the surface modification of a substrate, and has a small number of restrictions in substrate materials. SOLUTION: In the multilayer DNA microarray 1, a plurality of DNA microarray units 2 in which a lead section 5 having conductivity and a detection section 4 in which nucleic acid is immobilized are formed in series on a substrate 3 having insulating properties are laminated in steps so that the surface of a detection section 4 is exposed without overlapping the substrate 3 of other DNA microarray units 2 on each detection section 4. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a program and a system for inquiries, which electronically records inquiry information easily and surely and which is easy also for a patient to use. SOLUTION: The inquiry method allows the patient to answer to question items set in advance. A card issued to each patient is set to a card reader/writer to read patient information from the card. Next, in the case of the first examination, a display device displays the question items for selecting and entering and in the case of re-examination, the display device displays items answered last time in a previously selected or written state. Next, the answers of the patient are inputted to an input device. The process of displaying questions and the process of inputting answers are repeated until coming to the final inquiry item and after inputting to the final question item is completed, inquiry information obtained by totaling the respective answers of the patient is stored in the card by the reader and writer.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation method of an ink for forming a transparent conductive film which ink can be used for forming a dense and uniform transparent conductive film and is excellent in continuous printability. SOLUTION: A solution for forming a transparent conductive film comprises at least one kind of partially hydrolyzed organic metal compound, an alcohol having a boiling point of 30-below 150 deg.C, at least one kind of low boiling-point solvent selected from alcoholes, ketones, esters and ethers, at least one kind of stabilizer selected from amines, organic acids, inorganic acids, β-diketones and β-ketoesters. This solution is concentrated at normal temperature to 60 deg.C to form a viscous solution. Then at least one kind of high boiling-point solvent selected from glycols, carbitols and cellosolves having a boiling point of 150-280 deg.C is added into the viscous solution to control the ink such that the high boiling-point solvent be to occupy 40-95 wt.% of the solvents and the ink viscosity be 5-200 mPa.s.

PURPOSE:To prevent the surface deformation of letterpress at the time of the pressure contact with an object to be printed and to form a precise thin film pattern in uniform thickness by forming the letterpress of a printing roll from a metal or ceramics and arranging the same to the peripheral surface of a plate cylinder through an elastic layer. CONSTITUTION:A device main body is equipped with an intaglio roll 1 having a large number of ink cells 6, a device supplying ink to the surface of the intaglio roll 1 and a doctor filling the ink cells 6 with ink and further equipped with a printing roll 4 having letterpress 15 whose top surface comes into contact with the intaglio roll 1 on the peripheral surface of a plate cylinder and transferring the ink in the ink cells 6 to the top surface of the letterpress 15 and a printing table 5 transferring the ink on the top surface of the letterpress 15 to the surface of an object 14 to be printed. In the above mentioned constitution, the printing roll 4 is constituted by forming the letterpress 15 composed of a metal or ceramics to the peripheral surface of the plate cylinder through an elastic layer 17 to prevent the surface deformation of the letterpress at the time of the pressure contact with the object 14 to be printed.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance visuality and electromagnetic wave shield effects by a method wherein metal layers are stacked on a transparent base in a patternlike manner, and a back resin layer which approximately corresponds to the metal layer is stacked thereon. SOLUTION: A metal layer 2 is formed on the entire face of a transparent base 1, next a black resin layer 3 is provided on the metal layer 2 in a patternlike manner, and finally the metal layer 2 of a portion uncovered with the black resin layer 3 is removed by etching. As this result, the metal layers 2 are stacked on a transparent base 1 in a patternlike manner, and the black resin layer 3 which approximately corresponds thereto is stacked to obtain a translucent electromagnetic wave shield material. Thereby, a portion in which the metal layers 2 are removed has translucence, and a reflection on a face of the metal layer 2 is suppressed by the black resist layer 3 which approximately corresponds to the metal layer 2. Accordingly, it is possible to enhance visuality and electromagnetic wave shield effects.
