Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a dispersion type electroluminescence sheet giving a uniform light emission and achieving a high brightness and a long life. CONSTITUTION:Hydrolytic matter obtained by hydrolysis of aluminum isopropylate by acetic acid is bar coated on an ITO transparent conductive film on a glass substrate and dried, and it is then baked to obtain a transparent film mainly comprising porous metal oxide. Ink including heat transition type dye of red is screen printed on it, and it is heat processed to let the dye adsorbed. After unnecessary screen ink is eliminated, a phosphor layer comprising zinc sulfide (activator: copper) and cyanoethyl cellulose derivative is provided, and it is dried in vacuum. An insulation layer comprising acrylic ester resin is then provided, it is dried in vacuum, aluminum deposition is performed, and a glass plate is laminated using urethane resin for binding agent.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To apply an aroma stable over a long period of time and a pattern to a molding made of general-purpose plastic by bonding both surfaces containing pattern layers of a transfer foil to the surface of the molded product under pressure during or after the molding of an aroma-containing resin composition containing several kinds of specific materials. CONSTITUTION:Both surfaces containing pattern layers of a transfer foil are bonded to the surface of a molded product during or after the molding of an aroma-containing resin composition consisting of polyolefin 80-95wt.%, an olefin/ ester type monomer copolymer 3-10wt.%, a fragrance 0.2-4.0wt.% and ester type wax 0.3-3.0wt.%. A release layer composed of a thermoplastic acrylate resin is applied to a PET film for a transfer film by a gravure printing method or a roll coating method. A pattern is printed thereon using color ink by a gravure or offset printing method. Polyurethane-containing ink is applied thereon as an anchor layer and an adhesive solution containing a vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate copolymer or chlorinated polyolefin is applied thereon and dried to form a final layer.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to judge the time-elapsed decreasing degree of volatile material based on discoloring degree by forming a pain film by using ink containing solvent having oxides and hydroxides of elements of the third and fourth group and the atomic group containing oxygen and transition coloring matters and the like. CONSTITUTION:The ink used in this film contains the solvent described below, transition coloring matter having lactam rings or lactam rings and binder resin as essential components. The solvent has powder on the surface of which oxides or hydroxides of elements of the third and fourth groups of the periodic table such as boric acid, aluminum hydroxide and the like are present and at least one atomic group containing oxygen selected among the groups of hydroxide group, aldehyde group and the like. The ink is printed or applied on a base material, and a time-elapsed discoloring paint film is formed. Since the solvent has good affinity with the powder, the contact between the powder and the coloring mattern is blocked, and discoloring does not occur. When the solvent is evaporated, however, the powder and the coloring matter are brought into contact, the lacthone ring and the lactam ring of the coloring matter are opened, and discoloration occurs. Therefore, the time before the discoloration can be selected based on the kinds and the mixing ratio of the solvent and the binder resin. Thus, time reduction of volatile material can be judged based on the discoloring degree.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve coatability and both smoothness and transparency after calcination, by adjusting pH and solid content of an aqueous dispersion of a colloidal hydrated alumina used on a base plate having surface porosity. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum alcoholate solution or an solution of a water soluble aluminum salt is hydrolyzed under such a condition that the relation between pH of the water dispersion of the colloidal hydrated alumina after hydrolysis and the solid content when calcinated at 500 deg.C should be in the range of formula I, especially preferably in the range of formula II to obtain an aqueous dispersion of the colloidal hydrated alumina. As the acid used in hydrolysis, a composition where acetic acid is the main component is preferable in taking into consideration easy handling and stability and working environmental suitability of the aqueous dispersion of the colloidal hydrated alumina. The base plate is coated in a relatively short time at a specific temp. by using these aqueous dispersion and dried to adhere them on the base plate. Then, calcination is carried out at 250 deg.C-550 deg.C for 10min-120min.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a color filter having excellent properties such as heat resistance, water resistance or mechanical properties by using the color filter constituted by forming an eta-alumina-contg. transparent film layer on a transparent substrate and fixing a dye onto the transparent film layer. CONSTITUTION:The filter is constituted of the transparent substrate 1, the eta-alumina-contg. transparent layer 2 formed on the substrate 1, the pattern layer 7 formed by fixing the dye 4 into the fine pores of the layer 2, and an over coating layer formed of a material having no affinity to the dye 4 on the layer 2 including the pattern layer 7. The layer 2 having 0.5-10mum film thickness is preferable when the adhesiveness, transparency, surface hardness and dye receptability, etc., are taken into consideration. The color filter having the excellent properties such as heat resistance, water resistance or mechanical properties is thereby obtd.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To produce a colored non-absorptive material smooth and excellent in abrasion resistance and chemical resistance, by providing a printed layer on the surface of a non- absorptive material through specified steps by using a two-stage reaction ink comprising a compound capable of a photo-reaction or a thermal reaction and a compound capable of a thermal reaction, oxidation or a moisture-induced reaction. CONSTITUTION:A colored non-absorptive material is obtained by providing a printed layer on the surface of a non-absorptive material formed of a glass, a metal, an enamel, a resin film or the like by using a two-stage reaction ink comprising a compound having a double bond capable of a photo-reaction or a thermal reaction and a compound having a double bond or functional group capable of a thermal reaction, oxidation or a moisture-induced reaction. The colored non-absorptive material is obtained through a process comprising a step (1) of printing on the surface of the non-absorptive material, a step (2) of drying the surface of the printed layer obtained by the step (1) by irradiating the surface with UV rays, and a step (3) of printing on the printed layer or on other part of the non-absorptive material, and further comprising a step (4) of drying the surface of the printed layer obtained by the step (3) by irradiating the surface with UV rays, and a step of drying the printed layers obtained by the steps (1), (3) by bringing them into a thermal reaction, oxidation or a moisture-induced reaction.
