    Abstract: PURPOSE:To contrive improvement in cold resistance without spoiling gas barrier properties, by a method wherein a rubber sheet layer is laminated to at least one side surface side of a polyvinyl alcohol resin film into which a fixed quantity of a polyol plasticizer is contained. CONSTITUTION:The title laminated sheet is constituted by laminating a rubber sheet to at least one side surface side of a polyvinyl alcohol resin (PVA) into which 10-50 wt.% polyol plasticizer is contained. In this instance, a water- resistant and vapor and plasticizer permeability resin film is laminated between the PVA film and rubber sheet to prevent blooming of the plasticizer by moisture absorption of the PVA film or transfer or volatilization of the plasticizer at the time of use of the plasticizer at a high temperature. Then when a metallized film such as aluminum is formed on one side surface side of the water- resistant and steam and plasticizer-resistant resin film and the metallized surface is laminated by facing toward the PVA film side, deterioration in gas barrier properties of PVA film due to mixing of the plasticizer into the same can be compensated.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To produce a sheet which is excellent in flexing resistance and free from deterioration of gas barrier property even when the sheet is placed in the flexing conditions by coating the coating liquid made of vinylidene chloride- based resin contg. polyisocyanate on an NBR vulcanized rubber sheet and drying this coating liquid. CONSTITUTION:A sheet having gas barrier property is produced by coating the coating liquid made of vinylidene cyloride-based resin contg. polyisocyanate described hereunder on an NBR vulcanized rubber sheet and drying the coating liquid. The soln. of this coating liquid is obtained by dissolving both the vinylidene chloride-based resin and about 0.5 - 10wt.% preferably about 1 - 5wt.% polyisocyanate thereof, for example at the amount so that hexamethylene dissocyanate or triallyl isocyanate is regulated to about 0.5 - 3wt.% concn. of solid into an organic solvent such as tetrahydrofuran, dioxane and methyl ethyl ketone. The sheet having gas barrier property is excellent in flexing resistance and the gas barrier property is not deteriorated even when this sheet is placed in the flexing conditions. Therefore this sheet having gas barrier property is utilized for molding of a tube and a diaphragm.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a filmy substance with excellent strength by compounding silicone rubber having high oxygen permeability with fibrilated polyethylene. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of dimethylsiloxane or heat bridge type silicone rubber of about 60-95vol.% and polyethylene of about 40-50vol.% having molecular weight of 100 thousand or more is extruded under a shearing condition, and the extruded substance is oriented thereafter. The preparation of the silicone rubber and the polyethylene is carried out in such a manner that polyethylene is added into the solution in which silicone rubber is dissolved in a solvent such as decalin, toluene or the like, and then it is heat-dissolved or annealed after the polyethylene is heat-dissolved in these solvents, and solved by adding silicone rubber thereinto, in the next place, organic peroxide or the like being a bridging agent for silicone rubber of dimethylsiloxane group is added, and the mixture can be reprecipitated by pouring this solution into the mixed liquid of water-methanol and the like.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide the title composition having excellent gas-shielding property, processability, oil resistance, etc., by blending a nitrile rubber and a copolymer comprising vinylidene chloride as the main structural unit thereof with a reactive plasticizer. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is provided by mixing (A) a vinylidene chloride copolymer comprising vinylidene chloride preferably in an amount of >= approximately 70% with (B) a reactive plasticizer such as a low mol.wt. nitrile rubber in a solution state using (C) a solvent, preferably, tetrahydrofuran, adding a non-solvent liquid such as a mixture of pure water and methanol to deposit a mixture of the components A and B, washing the deposited mixture with methanol, vacuum-drying the washed mixture and subsequently kneading the dried mixture with (E) a nitrile rubber compound comprising a nitrile rubber preferably in an amount of 20-50% and rubber additives such as carbon black, zinc white, etc.

CONSTITUTION:A heat-resistant polymer (A) such as a fluororesin or a polyimide resin and a polymer (B) which can be depolymerized or thermally decomposed at 250-400 deg.C, such as a depolymerizable polymer (a) such as poly(meth)acrylate, polycarbonate, poly-alpha-methylstyrene or poytrifluorostyrene or a heat- decomposable polymer (b) such as a polyacrylic resin, PVA, polyacetal, polyamide, polyester, PP or PS are formed into dispersions in organic solvents or water as media or into solutions in organic solvents, and the formed dispersions or solutions are mixed together to obtain a polymer mixture solution. A prefoam obtained by impregnating a support such as a glass plate or a glass cloth by immersion is fired at a temperature higher than the decomposition temperature of component B to obtain a porous body of an average pore diameter of 0.01-10mu.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To form uniform sepn. function films on the surfaces and porous gap parts of hollow yarn and to improve permeability without impairing separability, by executing coating of a film forming material while injecting liquid into the porous hollow yarn. CONSTITUTION:The film forming material is continuousy coated by using a soln. (-15wt.%) of, for example, polysiloxane, poly(trimethyl vinylsilane), etc., in the inside of the porous hollow yarn consisting of PE, PTFE, etc., under pouring of a liquid (e.g. pour water) with which the film forming material is insoluble or hardly soluble, in a process for producing the sepn. function hollow yarn particularly useful for sepn. and pervaporation. The sepn. function films are thereby uniformly formed only in the surface part or porous gap parts of the hollow yarn without infiltrating the coating liquid of the film forming material to the inside of the porous hollow yarn and the permeability is en hanced without impairing the separability.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To increase the flow rate of a fluid without relying on the pressure change of hollow yarn membranes in a pumping membrane module for gas-liquid or liquid- liquid exchange using a non-rubbery elastic membrane material and a hollow yarn membrane group. CONSTITUTION:A suction port 5 of a fluid to be treated and a discharge port 6 of a treated fluid both of which, have movement preventing parts 7 provided on the way thereof and having valve balls 8 sealed therein on the side opposite to a cylindrical body 1 or on the side of the cylindrical body 1 are provided to both end parts of the cylindrical body 1 in which a non-elastic hollow yarn membrane group 2 is received on the center side from the end parts of the cylindrical body in such a state that the terminal parts thereof are pottend and an annular pumping vol. bag 10 made of rubber is fixed between at least one of the suction port 5 and the discharge port 6 and one of the potting parts 4 on the inner surface side of the cylindrical body 1. Then, the inlet and outlet of the treated fluid connected to a pumping device is branched to be connected to the bag 10 and the body part of the cylindrical body between both potting parts 4 to constitute an internal reflux type pumping membrane module. An external reflux type pumping membrane module is constituted by deforming this module.

This composition is applied to a film of a saponified copolymer of ethylene with vinyl acetate and dried, and an unvulcanized butyl rubber composition is put thereon and vulcanized by heating to give a laminated sheet.

CONSTITUTION:The objective adhesive contains (A) a PVA (preferably having a polymerization degree of 200-3,000 and a saponification degree of 85-100), (B) glycerol, ethylene glycol or their aqueous solution and, preferably further, (C) polyethylene glycol. The amount of the component B is preferably 50-100 pts.wt. per 1 pt.wt. of the component A.
