    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a uniform, a microporous body free of any residual substance by a simple process, by firing a prefoam formed from a specified polymer mixture solution comprising a heat-resistant polymer and a decomposable polymer. CONSTITUTION:A heat-resistant polymer (A) such as a fluororesin or a polyimide resin and a polymer (B) which can be depolymerized or thermally decomposed at 250-400 deg.C, such as a depolymerizable polymer (a) such as poly(meth)acrylate, polycarbonate, poly-alpha-methylstyrene or poytrifluorostyrene or a heat- decomposable polymer (b) such as a polyacrylic resin, PVA, polyacetal, polyamide, polyester, PP or PS are formed into dispersions in organic solvents or water as media or into solutions in organic solvents, and the formed dispersions or solutions are mixed together to obtain a polymer mixture solution. A prefoam obtained by impregnating a support such as a glass plate or a glass cloth by immersion is fired at a temperature higher than the decomposition temperature of component B to obtain a porous body of an average pore diameter of 0.01-10mu.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the void-free titled molded parts with uniform quality by a method wherein glycols, glycerin and water are added to polyvinyl alcohol and heated in order to plastify and, after that, mixed with filler and dried and finally thermoformed under compression. CONSTITUTION:Glycols such as ethylene glycol or the like or glycerin and water as plasticizer are added to polyvinyl alcohol and heated at 70-100 deg.C for 2-10hr in order to plastify said polyvinyl alcohol. Next, filler such as aluminum oxide, silicon dioxide, carbon black, red oxide or the like is mixed with the polyvinyl alcohol and kneaded. The resultant mixture is dried by hot air in a drying oven at 70-100 deg.C. After that, the dried mixture is thermoformed under compression at 130-180 deg.C inorder to obtain an aimed-at molded part.
