    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may support communicating sidelink feedback for a transport block communicated over multiple transmission time intervals (TTIs). For example, a first UE may receive one or more repetitions of a transport block from a second UE over a sidelink channel, where the one or more repetitions of the transport block may together span multiple TTIs. Each of the first UE and the second UE may identify at least one of the TTIs and may determine one or more resources of a sidelink feedback channel based on an index of the at least one TTI. The first UE may transmit, to the second UE, feedback pertaining to the reception of the one or more repetitions of the transport block over the determined one or more resources.

In some aspects, a first user equipment (UE) may select one or more candidate sidelink resources, from within a resource selection window after sensing a sidelink channel, that are available for a second UE to use for transmission to the first UE. The UE may schedule, from among the candidate sidelink resources based at least in part on signal-to-interference ratios for the candidate sidelink resources, one or more scheduled sidelink resources that are preferred for transmission to the first UE.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may be configured to measure sidelink channel conditions for a group of UEs and transmit a report (e.g., a channel state information (CSI) report) to a base station indicating the sidelink channel conditions. The base station may transmit control information (e.g., group-common downlink control information (GC-DCI)) to the group of UEs triggering the UEs to transmit sidelink reference signals (e.g., CSI reference signals (CSI-RS)) on the sidelink channels so that the UE can measure the sidelink channel conditions and transmit the report. Based on the report, the base station may transmit control information (e.g., a downlink control information (DCI) message) scheduling sidelink communications for the group of UEs. In some examples, the UE may act as a relay node for the group of UEs, and forward control information to the group of UEs.

    Abstract: Example implementations include a method, apparatus and computer-readable medium of wireless communication over a sidelink between a first user equipment (UE) and a second UE. The first UE may identify a configuration for discontinuous reception (DRX) for direct link communications with a second UE. The first UE may determine a channel busy ratio (CBR) based on a plurality of CBR measurement occasions within a time window prior to a direct link transmission based on the configuration for DRX. The first UE may determine whether to perform a congestion control on the direct link transmission based on the CBR. The first UE may perform a direct link transmission subject to a channel occupancy ratio limit.
