    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media for resolving collisions between deferred uplink transmissions based on priority. A user equipment (UE) receives a first semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration including an indication of resources for acknowledgment (ACK) reporting as uplink control information (UCI), the first SPS configuration indicating a first priority level. The UE receives a second signaling indicating a second priority level for a second transmission, the second priority level being higher than the first priority level. The UE defers a first UCI transmission according to the first SPS configuration during one or more downlink slots to a first uplink capable slot. The first UCI transmission in the first uplink capable slot collides with the second transmission. The UE transmits the second transmission in the first uplink capable slot based on the second priority level being higher than the first priority level.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for configuring a user equipment (UE) to communicate with a network entity based on a selected antenna panel reported to a network entity. An example method generally includes transmitting, to a network entity, a report including information associated with an antenna panel selected for communications between the user equipment and the network entity; selecting a starting time and a wait time to apply a configuration associated with the selected antenna panel; activating an update timer based on the starting time and the wait time; and communicating with the network entity based on the configuration associated with the selected antenna panel after expiry of the update timer.

    Abstract: A UE receives radio resource control (RRC) message indicating a semi-static configuration for the UE for one of: intra-UE prioritization for overlapping uplink channels of different priorities or intra-UE multiplexing for the overlapping uplink channels of the different priorities. The UE determines between the intra-UE prioritization or the intra-UE multiplexing for a set of overlapping uplink channels of the different priorities based, at least in part, on the RRC message and transmits an uplink transmission including one or more of the set of overlapping uplink channels based, at least in part, on the semi-static configuration in the RRC message.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some wireless communications systems, a user equipment (UE) may utilize opportunistic cooperative relaying to support exchanging packets between UEs without establishing or maintaining beamforming alignment between the UEs. Specifically, a source UE may invite nearby UEs (e.g., helper UEs) that receive a sidelink transmission (e.g., a packet meant for a different destination UE) to perform a single frequency network (SFN)-type transmission to opportunistically relay the packet to the destination UE. The helper UEs may receive, decode, and transmit the sidelink signaling from the source UE without establishing or configuring a relay agreement with the source UE. The destination UE may receive the sidelink signaling via cascading, SFN-type transmissions by one or more helper UEs. The destination UE may respond to the sidelink signaling with feedback information via one or more helper UEs or directly to the source UE.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. For example, a UE may determine a power control adjustment based on sidelink messages received from other UEs. The UE may transmit, to the other UEs, an indication of the power control adjustment to the other UEs. The other UEs may transmit additional sidelink messages in accordance with the power control adjustment, such that power levels of the additional sidelink message satisfy a threshold. A base station may indicate a power control adjustment to one or more UEs. For example, the base station may receive power control information associated with sidelink communications between a set of UEs. The base station may transmit an indication of a power adjustment parameter for a transmit power level for sidelink messages transmitted between two UEs of the set. The value of the power adjustment parameter may be based on the received power control information.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described to support guard interval (GI) configurations for multiple links. For example, a user equipment (UE) may determine a first GI duration for a first transmission reception point (TRP) and a second GI duration for a second TRP, when the UE is operating in a multi-TRP mode. The UE may determine the GI durations based on a difference in timing between signal reception from the first and second TRPs and may transmit a signal to one or both of the TRPs to indicate the GI durations. Based on the indicated GI durations, the first and second TRPs may transmit signaling to the UE that includes or implements the corresponding GI duration for each TRP. For example, the signaling may include a GI appended at the end of each symbol period that has a GI duration corresponding to the respective TRP.
