Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate the error data as the invalid data even when two pieces of error data are continuous by performing the prescribed arithmetic operations to the coordinate data inputted continuously in order to identify the valid and invalid data respectively. CONSTITUTION:When a stylus B is moved on a tablet plate A, the X and Y data on the points (Pn, Pn+1 and Pn+2) are inputted to a data processing means D form a data generating means C every fixed time. Then the means D calculates the formulas ¦Pn+2-Pn+1¦=D1 and ¦Pn+1-Pn¦=D2 for the optional coordinate data Pn, Pn+1 and Pn+2 which are continuously inputted. Then at least one of these three coordinate data is defined as a valid data when both D1 and D2 are kept within the relative distance value L. Otherwise an invalid data is decided. Thus it is possible to eliminate the error data as the invalid data even when two pieces of error data are continuous.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of the eyeballs even if external force is applied on the spectacle type display device from the front during use. CONSTITUTION:Projecting parts 1a, 1b are provided on a spectacle frame 1 of the spectacle type display device including a lens holding part 3 and the size (c) therebetween is set larger than the size of the aperture systems (a) of the cavity parts of the eyes. The front ends of the projecting parts 1a, 1b of the spectacle frame 1 are projected in the eyeball direction by as much as d (d>=0) from the front end of the lens holding part 3. Then, the projecting parts 1a, 1b of the frame 1 comes into contact with the face earlier than the lens holding part 3 even if the external force f is applied to the frame from the front (rear of the lens systems 4). The eyeballs 13 are thus prevented from being compressed.

CONSTITUTION:In a coordinate input panel, tablet type electrode patterns 19 and 20 are formed on flexible and transparent insulating sheets 17 and 18 respectively and at the same time connecting parts 21 and 22 for connecting to an outer circuit are formed on sheets 17 and 18 as one united body with theme, and thereby the connection to the outer circuit can be carried out by a FPC connector. Furthermore, adhesive layers 23 and 24 are formed only on the periphery of the panel so that the adhesive layers 23 and 24 do not exist in the coordinate input range.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To realize an apparatus for measuring thickness and three dimensions enabling execution of continuous automatic measurement and being small in size, noiseless and improved in precision in measurement, by displacing the fore end parts of projecting pieces by combining vibrations of first and second vibrators of an ultrasonic linear motor having a specific structure. CONSTITUTION:An actuator 2 is provided with an elastic body 20 and a pair of first vibrators 21 and 22 formed of piezoelectric ceramic are stuck on the lower side of the elastic body 20. A second vibrator 25 formed of laminate-type ceramic is fitted between the lateral sides of projecting pieces 23 and 24 connected to the elastic body 20. By combining vibrations by the first vibrators 21 and 22 and the second vibrator 25, the fore end parts of the projecting pieces 23 and 24 are so displaced as to draw circular or elliptical tracks. A slider 3 or the actuator 2 being in contact with the fore end parts of these projecting pieces 23 and 24 are made to be contactors coming into contact with a substance to be measured, and the thickness of the substance to be measured can be measured automatically by the slider 3 or the actuator 2 being fed.
