Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of D-A converters by so driving a second piezoelectric element by deviating the time as not to superpose print heads when a liquid chamber is pressed by a first piezoelectric element to ooze quantitative liquid and then the quantitative liquid is mixed with discharge liquid to be discharged by a second piezoelectric element. SOLUTION: When a full color printing is conducted, the quantitative amounts of inks are determined not simultaneously at all the colors of inks but determined in a time division manner. That is, piezoelectric elements provided at the quantitatively determining side of print heads 32, 33, 34, 35 corresponding to the colors are so driven by displacing the times as not to be superposed. D-A converters 36 provided one for each of print heads 32, 33, 34, 35 corresponding to the colors. However, the converters 36 are provided in number responsive to the number of nozzles provided at the heads 32, 33, 34, 35. The plurality of heads can be controlled by one D-A converter for one nozzle, and hence the number can be largely reduced.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide an overcharge and overdischarge preventive circuit having balanced capacity. CONSTITUTION:Overcharge detecting comparators COMP2, COMP4 having hysteresis circuits 1 and overdischarge detecting comparators COMP1, COMP3 having hysteresis circuits 2 are connected between positive and negative electrodes of secondary batteries Abat, Bbat connected in series. Transistors T1, T2 and a resistor R are connected between respective batteries in order to prevent overcharge overflow and to balance overdischarge. When the COMP2 or COMP4 detects overcharge, a transistor T6 interrupts charging current and the battery discharges the overcharge overflow down to the hysteresis voltage. Thereafter, the transistor T6 is turned ON to start recharging of both batteries. When the COMP1 or COMP3 detects overdischarge, a transistor T5 interrupts the discharge current. Consequently, overcharge and overdischarge can be balanced by means of the hysteresis circuits 1, 2.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent useless power consumption and to reduce power by providing a light source control means interrupting current supply to a light source lighting an original to the facsimile equipment when a storage memory of an information storage means is saturated, an idle area is lost and the reading of an original by an original read means is stopped. CONSTITUTION:When an idle area of a maximum compression code quantity or over by one line exists in a picture memory 11, since one-line scanning of an original 5 is started immediately by a scanner 7, a light source 8 is lighted. When a prescribed time elapses and the illuminance of an original face is made stable, one-line scanning by the scanner 7 is started and when data compression and transfer to the picture memory 11 are finished and an idle area by one succeeding one-line or over exists in the picture memory 11, the storage of the succeeding line is continued. When the transfer of the scanning data in the picture memory 11 is finished and an idle area by one line or over is not in existence in the picture memory 11, the storage of succeeding one-line is disabled and a signal representing the state turns off the light source 8.

After the completion of applying of a voltage for pressing to eject the ink 4, applying of a voltage for ejecting the solvent 2 is completed.
