    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition having permanent antistaticity and excellent flame retardancy, mechanical properties and molding processability by compounding each specific amount of a phosphorusbased flame retardant and another component in a resin composition comprising a rubber-reinforced styrene-based resin and a polymer having a specific electrical resistance. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by compounding (A) 100 pts.wt. of a resin composition composed of (1) 60-99 wt.% of a rubberreinforced styrene- based resin and (2) 1-40 wt.% of a polymer with a volume resistivity of Ωcm with (B) 1-30 pts.wt. of an organophosphorus compound of formula I [X is an arylene; R to R are each a (substituted) phenyl; (n) is >=0; (k) and (m) are each 0-2, and (k+m) is 0-2] and (C) 0.1-20 pts.wt. of a mixture of (1) 1-40 wt.% of a salt made from a compound of formula II (R is an aryl or the like; R to R are each H, an aryl, aralkyl, cycloalkyl or the like) and cyanuric or isocyanuric acid and (2) 99-60 wt.% of a polyamide resin.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition capable of providing self- extinguishable a molding product having excellent flame retardance in terms of drip, and extremely superior in thermal stability, molding processability, and falling weight impact resistance of a thin-wall product. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by compounding (A) 100 pts.wt. rubber-reinforced styrenic resin, (B) 1-30 pts.wt. organic phosphorus compound of formula I [X is an arylene; R to R are each a (substituted) phenyl], (C) 0.1-20 pts.wt. mixture of (i) 1-40 wt.% salt of a compound of formula II (R to R are each H, an aryl, an alkyl, etc.; R is NR R , NR R , etc.), and cyanuric acid or isocyanuric acid with (ii) 99-60 wt.% polyamide resin. Preferably, the component C is previlusly melted and kneaded at 190-300 deg.C.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in impact resistance, heat resistance, molding flowability and flame retardancy by mixing a mixture of an aromatic polycarbonate with an ABS resin with a specified polyphosphate and a fluororesin. SOLUTION: This composition is prepared by mixing 100 pts.wt. resin composition comprising 10-98wt.% aromatic polycarbonate, 90-2wt.% graft (co)polymer prepared by grafting an aromatic vinyl monomer or a mixture thereof onto a rubbery polymer and 0-88wt.% vinyl polymer prepared by polymerizing a monomer comprising 20-100wt.% aromatic vinyl monomer, 0-60wt.% vinyl cyanide monomer and 0-80wt.% other copolymerizable vinyl monomers or a mixture thereof with 1-100 pts.wt. phosphorus-containing polymer having a glass transition temperature of 120 deg.C or below, 0-20 pts.wt. phenolic resin and 0.01-5 pts.wt. fluororesin and/or 0.01-5 pts.wt. silicon-containing polymer.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition, excellent in molding processability, impact, chemical resistance and surface appearance and suitable as automotive exterior trim parts, etc., by blending a graft copolymer prepared by carrying out graft copolymerization of a specific monomer mixture onto a diene-based rubber with a polyamide resin in a specified proportion. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin composition obtained by blending (A) 5-95 pts.wt., preferably 10-85 pts.wt. graft copolymer prepared by grafting 90-15 pts.wt. monomer mixture consisting of (A2) (i) 50-90wt.% aromatic vinyl compound (e.g., styrene), (ii) 9-50wt.% vinyl cyanide (e.g., acrylonitrile) and (iii) 0.1-20wt.% alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid (metal salt) satisfying a relationship expressed by the formula (x is wt.% of the metal salt of the alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid; y is wt.% of the alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid) onto (A1) 10-85 pts.wt. diene-based rubber (e.g., polybutadiene) with (B) 5-95 pts.wt., preferably 15-90 pts.wt. polyamide resin (e.g., nylon 6).
