Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the damage to a plate by sticking an adhesive tape on the tip of the plate on which a cover sheet is stuck in a state that the adhesive tape projects off the tip of the plate and then separating the tape projecting off the plate from the plate by a coiling means while coiling the cover sheet with the adhesive tape. SOLUTION: When a plate 1 transferred to a tape sticking means, a one-side adhesive tape 6 is continuously stuck on the cover sheet 1b of the plate tip in a state that a projecting part 6a thereof projects a predetermined width from the tip of the plate 1 and is cut by a cutter when a sensor detects the tail end of the plate. When the projecting part 6a of the tape is nipped by a rotating roller 15 and a sheet coiling means 16 while the plate 1 is transferred, the plate 1 is stopped, when the projecting part 6a of the tape is stuck on the sheet coiling means 16 and oscillated around the rotating roller 15 in this state and folded upward. When the plate 1 is transferred again, the cover sheet 16 is coiled by the sheet coiling means 16 with the one-side adhesive tape 6.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To strip a cover film without using the peeling adhesive tape of the cover film and simultaneously, to increase the stripping processing efficiency of the cover film. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive roll 5 is brought into contact with a plate member 1. while carrying the plate member 1 to which the cover film 1b is stuck, so that the cover film 1b is wound on the adhesive roll 5 to be stripped. Then, the adhesive roll 5 is ascended, and the cover film 1b is stripped from the plate member 1 in cooperation with the stripping/guiding roll 7. The stripped cover film 1b is pushed into a receiving nip roll 8 by an inserter 12, received, and housed. Thus, the cover film 1b is stripped from the adhesive roll 5, and repeatedly stripped by the adhesive roll 5.

SOLUTION: In the coating apparatus is constituted so that a running web is coated with a coating solution and the excessively applied coating solution is scraped off by the metering bar to meter the coating solution so as to obtain a predetermined coating thickness, a cover having a leading end surface opposed to the metering bar and extending in the length direction of the metering bar is provided on the immediately downstream side of the running direction of the web of the metering bar and the leading end surface of the cover has at least two parts positioned near to the metering bar from the tangential line of the metering bar so as to leave an interval in the peripheral direction of the metering bar. The coating method using this coating apparatus is also disclosed.

By running a pair of endless chain belts, the packaging bag 7 is made to confront with a cutting device. Under this state, a driving source 31 is operated, and at the same time, a moving device 32 is operated, and a circular rotary blade 33 is moved to the left side while being rotated clockwise. By this method, to the packaging bag 7, a force in the direction to escape from the circular rotary blade 33 is applied, and the lower surface alone of the packaging bag 7 can be cut. Therefore, the upper surface is prevented from being cut, and cut chips can be prevented from generating as well.
