    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a composition having permanent antistaticity and excellent mechanical properties such as impact strength, etc., by compounding a specific polyether ester amide with a polyglutarimide. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is produced by compounding (A) 5- 80(wt)%, preferably 10-60% polyether ester amide composed of (i) a >=6C aminocarboxylic acid or lactam, or a >=6C salt of a diamine and a dicarboxylic acid, (ii) a poly(alkylene oxide)glycol having a number-average molecular weight of 200-6,000, and (iii) a 4-20C dicarboxylic acid with (B) 95-20%, preferably 90-40% polyglutarimide. The component A is preferably a resin composed of hexamethylenediamine-adipic acid, polyethylene glycol, and terephthalic acid.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prepare a thermoplastic resin composition having improved moldability, impact strength, paintability, etc., by adding a higher fatty acid amide, a polyhydric alcohol ester of a fatty acid, and an organic phosphite to a rubber-modified high-impact resin. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin composition composed of a rubber-modified high-impact resin containing 6-60 wt% of rubber, and (A) 0.1-3.0 wt% of a higher fatty acid amide of formula I or II [R1-3 are 8-18C alkyl; R' is H, oxymethyl; R'' is-(CH2)n-; n is 1-2], (B) 0.5-5.0 wt% of a polyhydric alcohol ester of 11-26C higher fatty acid or higher oxyfatty acid, and (C) 0.03-1.0 wt% of an organic phosphorous acid ester of formula III (R1-3 are 1-20C alkyl, alkylaryl, cycloalkyl, allyl). The weight ratios of (A)/(B) and (A)+(B)/(C) are 0.1-6 and 1-100, respectively.
