    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated polyester film superior in easy adhesion, easy lubricity, resistance to blocking and antistatic properties by providing a layer mainly composed of an acrylic resin and a wax in a specific weight ratio on at least one surface of a polyester film. CONSTITUTION:A laminated film is provided with a layer mainly composed of an acrylic resin and a wax on at least one surface of a polyester film. In this laminated polyester film, the solid content of the wax component is incorporated in the layer by 0.1-30 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the solid content of the acrylic resin component. The wax in use is not particularly limited; for example, a petroleum wax, a vegetable wax, a mineral wax, an animal wax, or a synthetic wax is used.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make thin metallized dielectric layers to increase the volume capacitance ratio and to make long a moistureproof life of a capacitor element by a method wherein the metallized dielectric layers are laminated each other and when a capacitor mother body is obtained, three processes of peeling, slitting and laminating are continuously performed without winding up a film. CONSTITUTION:A laminated film is formed by closely adhering peelably dielectric layers 1 consisting of an organic high-molecular film of a thickness of 0.1 to 1.0mum on each one surface or both surfaces of support material layers consisting of an organic high-molecular film. A metal film which is used as an electrode is deposited on the surface of this laminated film, two strips or more of non-metallized strips 2 parallel to the longitudinal direction of the film are formed in addition to the strips 2 at both end parts in the width direction of the film, a metallized laminated film is obtained, metallized dielectric layers only are peeled and after a slit is performed in the longitudinal direction, a lamination is performed by a simultaneously integral winding method and a capacitor mother body is continuously formed without winding up the film. At the time of the lamination or after the lamination, the metallized dielectric layers are pressed in the direction roughly perpendicular to the surface under a heating, the capacitor mother body is separated along nicks, a metal spray is performed on the separated faces, an external electrode is formed to form the parent body as a parent element and the parent element is heat-treated for one hour or more at a temperature of 180 deg.C or high under the existence of oxygen and is subjected to secondary cutting perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain efficiently a capacitor, which is good in withstand voltage characteristics, by a method wherein the non-metallized surface of a metallized film is made to adhere along rolls provided with each groove at positions, in which blades cut, on the rolls for preventing the rolls from colliding with the blades and while a voltage is applied between the rolls and a thin metal film formed on the metallized film, the blades cut in the grooves in the rolls to perform a slit. CONSTITUTION:A wide one-sided metallized film 4 is slit and is continuously wound, whereby a wound body 1 formed for a plurality of capacitor capacitance generating parent bodies is obtained in the width direction of the film and thereafter, the wound body 1 is split in the width direction of the film and moreover, is cut in the length direction of the film to obtain a capacitor element and a metallized film capacitor is manufactured. Here, the non-metallized surface of the film 4 is made to adhere along support blade rolls 6 provided with each groove in parts, in which slit blades 5 cut, of the rolls 6 for preventing the rolls 6 from colliding with the blades 5 and while a voltage is applied between the rolls 6 and the thin metal film on the film 4, a slit is performed on the rolls 6. Thereby, the disconnection of the film at the time of the slit is eliminated, productivity is extremely improved and the obtainable capacitor is also improved its withstand voltage characteristics.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated film excellent in film formation stability and thickness uniformity and having extremely favorable pinholing resistance and slitting properties, by specifying the melt viscosity ratio of a polyester support film to a polyphenylene sulfide film and the intrinsic viscosity of the support film. CONSTITUTION:A polyester support film is laminated with a polyphenylene sulfide film with such as adhesion that the films can be released from each other. The melt viscosity ratio of the support film to the polyphenylene sulfide film is in the range of 0.2-5.0, and the intrinsic viscosity of the support film is 0.55-1.5. When the melt viscosity ratio is less than 0.2 or more than 5.0, delamination may occur between the polymer films, or nonuniform flow may occur to cause a lowering in film formation stability or in thickness uniformity. When the intrinsic viscosity of the support film is less than 0.55, properties of the polyphenylene sulfide film are lowered, whereas when the intrinsic viscosity exceeds 1.5, shear heat generation or the like like occurs to make it difficult to control the film formation or achieve stable extrusion.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to form a biaxially oriented poly-p-phenylene sulfide film having markedly improved lubricity, uniformity of drawing and heat settability and having a smaller dielectric loss, by adding a specified amount of a polyarylate resin to a poly-p-phenylene sulfide resin. CONSTITUTION:This film is prepared from a composition formed by adding 2-30wt.% polyarylate resin to a poly-p-phenylene sulfide resin. A desirable poly-p-phenylene sulfide resin is one containing at least 70mol% repeating units of formula I. This resin may contain units containing copolymerizable sulfide bonds if their amount is below amount 30mol% based on the total repeating units.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminated film having excellent scratch resistance and moist adhesion resistance whose adhesion property lowers only a little even under high temperature and high humidity by making a laminated film separate in phase in a direction of thickness and making included phases of each phase present on its phase separation interface. SOLUTION: For obtaining a phase separation structure, for example, a crosslinking agent is mixed in a coating agent in which a polyester resin and an acrylic resin are mixed, which is applied on a base body film by coating method under a specified condition, dried, and stretched. In the specified condition, after it is dried at a glass transition point (Tg) or lower of a base body polyester resin, it is raised in a stroke to the temperature of Tg or higher, and dried again at a temperature near the Tg (Tg or higher), and stretched successively. In at least one face of a polyester film before its crystal orientation is completed, at least two kinds of water soluble or water dispersing resins having different cohesive energy are mixed, coated, and thereafter dried so as to stretch uniaxially.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To improve the adhesive properties with diazo photosensitive paint and the scratch resistance by sequentially providing a low crystalline resin layer and an aqueous resin layer at least on one side surface of a base material film in a laminated film adapted as a base material film such as a magnetic recording material, various photographic materials, or a packaging material. CONSTITUTION: This laminated film comprises a low crystalline resin layer and an aqueous resin layer sequentially provided at least on one side surface of a base material film, wherein polymer containing ethylene phthalate or ethylene-2,6-naphthalate as main component is used as the base material film. As the resin, isophthalate copolymer polyester, dimer acid copolymer polyester, succinate copolymer polyester, or blends thereof are included, or preferably those in which the difference ΔTcg between the cold crystallizing temperature and the glass transition temperature of the polymer is 80 deg.C or more are used. The resin layer is formed of acrylic copolymer having a functional group.
