    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent defects caused by a wound portion and improve quality, by keeping at least a part of a passage of a bonding assistant agent from a transportation passage to the surface of winding cores at a temperature higher than a room temperature. CONSTITUTION:The fine particles of bonding assistant agent uniformly atomized and supplied into a transportation passage 14 are distributed further uniformly in the lengthwise direction of winding cores 3 in a static pressure chamber 11. At the time, the fine particles of the bonding assistant agent are difficult to condense because the temperature of the interior of the static pressure chamber 11 is increased by a heater 13 and even if they condense, the condensed amount of the particles is very small and they are vaporized in a short time, thus no water stays or drops. Since the fine particles of the bonding assistant agent uniformly distributed in the static pressure chamber 11 is provided with a directivity to the surface direction of the winding cores 13 through ejecting ports 15, they directly collide with the surface of the respective winding cores 15 to adhere to it. When the application of the bonding assistant agent completes, an atomizing means stops and a switching arm is actuated to return a switching bar 7 to a waiting position.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent degrading of quality and enable the winding capability to be improved by configurating a device in such a way that an angle formed between a suction port of a bar on a film fastening device and a winding film is kept to be constant and appropriate tension is evenly applied to the film while it is winded. CONSTITUTION:A film 2 is fastened to a suction port 3 of a film fastening device 13 which is arranged in a line, and the film 2 is winded up on a winding core 8 while appropriate tension is applied to the film 2 by rotating force of the bar 1 by means of a driving device. In this case, an angle formed between the surface of the bar 1 and the film 2 is maintained to be larger than 15 deg.. This causes the tension value of the film 2, at which point the film starts slipping, to be increased preventing the film 2 from wrinkling. This, accordingly, causes the film 2 to be winded up on the winding core 8 while appropriate adherence pressure is being applied. This configuration enables the product of a coil to be provided without any wrinkle from the beginning preventing degrading of its quality, improving the winding throughout capability of the winding machine, and enables the small size pressure reducing element for suction to be employed.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable the traverse width of a yarn guide to be set to a desired relation by moving a mover engaging a taper builder arm on the basis of a preset movement relationship through a support member of this mover. CONSTITUTION:The rotational movement of a motor 64 controlled by a controller 66 is converted to a reciprocating one by a feed screw 64 and transmitted to a mover 61 through a support member 62. Also, the mover 61 reciprocates in a curved cam surface 59 area of a taper builder arm 56 to produce a desired taper pattern and gives a desired swing to the taper builder arm 56. Thus, the traverse width of a yarn guide engaging the swigning taper builder arm 56 is controlled from the beginning and to end of yarn winding to provide a deisred taper pattern.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a yarn winder which can wind a yarn at a constant wind ratio by controlling a traverse driving motor in such a manner as to substantially keep the ratio of rotational frequency of a rotary shaft for winding a yarn to the yarn traverse number per unit hour at a predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:A pulse generator 21 is fitted to a bobbin driving shaft 7, and an opposed pick-up 22 is adapted to generate ZSP-number of pulse signals for one rotation. A pulse generator 23 is fitted to a traverse driving shaft 6, and a pick- up 24 is adapted to generate ZTR-number of pulse signals. both signals are compared by a wind ratio control element 25, and a control signal for keeping the wind ratio at a predetermined value is output according to a change in the rotational frequency of the driving shaft 7 with the progress of winding of a bobbin. The control signal controls the rotational frequency of a motor 13 incorporating a speed controller for the traverse driving shaft 6 through a speed converting element 28. Thus, a high-speed winder can wind a yarn at a constant wind ratio.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable manufacturing of a thread package being excellent in a high speed reeling quality at a low cost, by a method wherein a large number of thread lines, which lead a large number of threads having the same type to the taking-up parts corresponding to said number of the threads, are provided. CONSTITUTION:A large number of threads Y(M) (herein and hereafter M=1, 2, 3,...n) having the same type reaching the taking-in parts 2(M) passing through the thread line 1(M) corresponding to said large number of the threads. The taking-in part 2(M) is provided with a traverse element 3(M) and a rotating shaft 4(M) for taking-in, and a bobbin 5(M) is supported at the shaft 4(M) so that it can be freely replaced. Each traverse element 3(M) engages a series of a traverse driving shaft 6 (a first power transmitting means) driving the traverse elements simultaneously, and each rotating shaft 4(M) for taking-in drives them simultaneously. This permits manufacture of the yarn package being excellent in a high speed reeling quality at a low manufacturing cost.
