    Abstract: An improved turret type yarn winding apparatus provided with means for regulating a running yarn passage when the bobbin change operation is carried out. This yarn passage regulating means is capable of utilizing for the conventional turret type yarn winding apparatus. When the full size yarn package is displaced from the winding position to the stand-by position while a fresh bobbin is displaced to the stand-by position to the winding position, the running yarn is firstly shifted to a position outside the traverse motion of the traverse mechanism, and thus shifted running yarn is forced to pass along a predetermined yarn passage maintained by the above-mentioned yarn passage regulating means so that the running yarn can be assuredly caught by a yarn catching means rotated together with the spindle whereon a fresh bobbin is mounted, at the winding position.

    Abstract: In winding a yarn Y onto a bobbin (7), a more uniform package can be obtained by the alternate steps of (a) repeatedly traversing the yarn Y over a full traverse stroke Wo and (b) repeatedly traversing the yarn Y over a narrower traverse stroke W. During step (b) the yarn Y is released from the traverse guide means (10; 20-25) at the end of the stroke, whereupon it tends to traverse naturally towards a mid-position until picked up by the traverse guide means (10; 20-25) on its return stroke. The release is effected by yarn release guides (16a, 16b; 27a, 27b) which can be moved to a position where the yarn Y is deflected to a path where it is out of contact with the traverse guide means (16a, 16b; 27a, 27b) at a position corresponding to the ends of the narrower traverse stroke W.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for curing an ultraviolet curable material to obtain a uniform surface hardness without hardness unevenness while reducing an inert gas consumption. SOLUTION: The curing apparatus cures a strip material (ultraviolet curable material) 8 by emitting an ultraviolet ray while continuously supplying the material 8 to a curing reaction chamber 2 charged with inert gas. In this case, the chamber 2 has an ultraviolet transmitting transparent plate 3 mounted at a position opposed to an ultraviolet emitting unit 1. The chamber 2 is isolated from the unit 1. Sealing mechanisms 10A, 10B, 11A, 11B are respectively provided at a conveying unit and a delivering unit of the material 8 from and to the chamber 2.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate an ununiform nip in a roller improved in its vibration absorptivity further with the smallness of diameter by mounting a bearing in two places with a fixed space in the lengthwise direction of a shaft, in the case of the nip roller or the like. CONSTITUTION:In the case of a forced contact roller 5 constituted of a cylindrical rotary unit 8 comprising a metal inner layer 8a and an outer layer 8b of rubber or the like, shaft 6 having a journal part in the both ends and fluid cylinders 9a, 9b provided in the journal part, spherical bearings 7a, 7b are arranged with a fixed space C in the central part of the shaft 6. The cylindrical rotary unit 8 is rotatably supported to the shaft 6 by these spherical bearings 7a, 7b, further the rotary unit 8, even when it is deflected with pressing force by the pressing means 9a, 9b, is supported with no free deflection impeded. By this constitution, the cylindrical rotary unit 8, with no restriction by a deflection amount of a rewinding roller 10, can be deflected in a follow-up manner to a deflecting curve of the roller, enabling a uniform nip to be attained in a sheet width direction further the smallness to be obtained of a diameter in the cylindrical rotary unit.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent defects caused by a wound portion and improve quality, by keeping at least a part of a passage of a bonding assistant agent from a transportation passage to the surface of winding cores at a temperature higher than a room temperature. CONSTITUTION:The fine particles of bonding assistant agent uniformly atomized and supplied into a transportation passage 14 are distributed further uniformly in the lengthwise direction of winding cores 3 in a static pressure chamber 11. At the time, the fine particles of the bonding assistant agent are difficult to condense because the temperature of the interior of the static pressure chamber 11 is increased by a heater 13 and even if they condense, the condensed amount of the particles is very small and they are vaporized in a short time, thus no water stays or drops. Since the fine particles of the bonding assistant agent uniformly distributed in the static pressure chamber 11 is provided with a directivity to the surface direction of the winding cores 13 through ejecting ports 15, they directly collide with the surface of the respective winding cores 15 to adhere to it. When the application of the bonding assistant agent completes, an atomizing means stops and a switching arm is actuated to return a switching bar 7 to a waiting position.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent degrading of quality and enable the winding capability to be improved by configurating a device in such a way that an angle formed between a suction port of a bar on a film fastening device and a winding film is kept to be constant and appropriate tension is evenly applied to the film while it is winded. CONSTITUTION:A film 2 is fastened to a suction port 3 of a film fastening device 13 which is arranged in a line, and the film 2 is winded up on a winding core 8 while appropriate tension is applied to the film 2 by rotating force of the bar 1 by means of a driving device. In this case, an angle formed between the surface of the bar 1 and the film 2 is maintained to be larger than 15 deg.. This causes the tension value of the film 2, at which point the film starts slipping, to be increased preventing the film 2 from wrinkling. This, accordingly, causes the film 2 to be winded up on the winding core 8 while appropriate adherence pressure is being applied. This configuration enables the product of a coil to be provided without any wrinkle from the beginning preventing degrading of its quality, improving the winding throughout capability of the winding machine, and enables the small size pressure reducing element for suction to be employed.
