Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable constantly uniform application by keeping the discharge of a coating liquid from a coating liquid discharge device constant when the coating liquid is applied on the recessed part of an uneven substrate by installing an intermittent actuation type pump which can discharge the coating liquid accumulated temporarily to a coating liquid discharge device quantitatively and intermittently in a coating liquid supply device. SOLUTION: A substrate with a stripe-shaped uneven part formed on the surface is fixed on a table, opposite to the surface of the substrate, a nozzle 20 having a plurality of discharge holes 44 is supported by a lift. A coating liquid is applied at prescribed positions of the substrate by relatively moving the table and the nozzle 30 three dimensionally. In this operation, a syringe type pump 100 is used as the intermittent actuation type pump of a coating liquid supply device. By moving a piston 112 downward with an suction valve 54 opened and a discharge valve closed, a given amount of the coating liquid 42 in a coating tank 56 is packed in a cylinder 111. After that, the valves 54, 48 are changed over reversely, and the piston 112 is moved upward so that the coating liquid 42 is supplied to the nozzle 20 and discharged to the substrate.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily coat plural recessed parts of an uneven substrate with a coating liquid, such as a fluorescent material paste or the like with high accuracy by performing the coating in a condition such that a space between an upper edge part of a bulkhead and a discharge opening outlet part of a base, is kept to a specific length. SOLUTION: The shape of a discharge opening outlet part for discharging a fluorescent material paste 8, is a nozzle or a needle 7, a space 9 between an upper edge part of a bulkhead and the discharge opening outlet part of a base is kept to be 0.01-2 mm when the coating is performed, and the fluorescent material paste 8 is discharged with a constant flow rate, while scanning the discharge opening outlet part at a constant speed or/and while scanning a glass substrate, to coat the space with the paste. The coating can be simultaneously performed concurrently from plural discharge ports, by mounting the base having at least two discharge ports per one stripe in a direction parallel with the bulkhead. A base which simultaneously has the discharge holes of the fluorescent material pastes 8 which emit lights of at least two different colors way also be used. However, in this case, an interval between the holes discharging the fluorescent material pastes of the colors different from each other, is set to be more than 600 μm to prevent the color mixing with the other colors.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a string winding machine, which can prevent the generation of unbalance of a driving shaft even in the case where the driving shaft is extended. CONSTITUTION: In a strung winding machine, plural elastic rings 3 and cylindrical spacers 4, which are fitted to a rotary cylinder 2, are energized in the axial direction by a cover member 5, and the elastic rings 3 are expanded in the radial direction by the energization so as to hold a bobbin 13, and the cover member 5 is operated in the energizing direction and the opposite direction by a compressed air cylinder provided inside of the rotary cylinder 2 so as to release the holding of the bobbin 13. In this string winding machine, the cover member 5 is provided with a compressed air supplying passage communicating with the compressed air cylinder 2s from outside of the cover member 5.
