    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity by applying coating liquids simultaneously without controlling discharge timing from each discharge opening when a coating liquid is applied on the recessed part of a substrate on which a set uneven pattern is formed like a plasma display. SOLUTION: A device is equipped with a coating liquid discharging device for discharging the coating liquid on the recessed parts of an uneven substrate on which uneven parts are formed stripewise and applies a coating liquid on the substrate by relatively moving the substrate and the coating liquid discharging device three-dimensionally. The coating liquid discharging device has coating liquid storage parts 101, 102, 103 independent of each other, coating liquid supply ports for supplying the coating liquid to each coating liquid storage part, coating liquid discharge openings 121, 122, 123 for discharging the coating liquid from each coating liquid storage part, path parts 131, 132, 133 for making each coating liquid storage part communicate with the corresponding coating liquid discharge opening.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a bobbin holder to be used in a wide area enough to set a high critical speed and a filament winder with the bobbin holder by enlarging the outer diameter of a rotary cylinder as the main structural member of the bobbin holder. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin holder 1 is formed integrally with a shaft 5 and a rotary cylinder 7 which is provided with a slide member 32 sliding in the direction of the shaft. In the rotary cylinder 7, a chucking pin 16 is provided to rise out of and set in the outer periphery for chucking or releasing the bobbin 4. The chucking pin is protruded on the inner periphery of the bobbin by a chucking force granting means 18 and set back by a releasing force granting means 10.
