Abstract: PURPOSE:To suppress the occurrence of fluff or filament breakage and wind uniform filament yarns, by providing plural fluid interlacing devices between an oiling device and a winder, and winding the filament yarns at a high speed by the no godet method. CONSTITUTION:Cooled and solidified polyester filaments (Y) are oiled in an oiling device 3, interlaced with interlacing nozzles (5a) and (5b) and then wound at >=5,000m/min spinning speed by a winder 7. The distance (l4) between the two interlacing nozzles (5a) and (5b) is set at >=20cm, preferably >=30cm, and a guide 4 for stopping vibration propagation to prevent the propagation of yarn vibration is preferably provided.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the titled uniform fiber, stably, by melt-spinning a thermoplastic polyester polymer through a spinneret, cooling below the glass transition temperature, drawing in a hot zone heated with hot gas introduced actively into the zone at a specific flow rate, and winding at a high speed. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic polyester polymer is subjected to the melt spinning through a spinneret, and cooled to a temperature below the glass transition temperature. The obtained yarn Y is transferred through a hot zone to effect the thermal drawing in the zone. In the above process, the heating cylinder 1 is furnished with plural small holes 3 and a hot-gas-supplying part 2 surrounding said holes 3, and the heating zone is heated with the electric heater 4. Hot gas satisfying the formula T>=Tg+10 [T is the temperature of the hot gas ( deg.C), and Tg is the glass transition temperature of the polymer] and the formula 10 =3,000m/min to obtain the objective fiber.

Abstract: PURPOSE:In the melt spinning of high molecular weight polymer, substantially heated silicone oil is coated on the spinneret surface to prevent the polymer dripping, filament wrapping and yarn break during spinning. CONSTITUTION:In the melt spinning of high molecular weight polymer, such as polyester, nylon, the surface of the spinneret is coated with a heat-resistant silicone oil that is mainly composed of polydimethylsiloxane preferably with 500-100,000cps viscosity and polymethylphenylsiloxane preferably with 100-1,000cps viscosity and heated to a temperature over the glass transition point of the silicones. The silicone oil is placed in a vessel 1 and sprayed through air-gun 2 with heater 3 at the top end to the spinneret 4 at 150 deg.C. When the silicone used is high heat-resistant, it may be heated while stored.
