Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-fused printed laminate which has strong adhesive force at a low temperature and under low pressure and excellent high speed lamination properties, is free from delamination between resin layers, does not need a solvent removing apparatus and a recovery apparatus or the like since no anchor coating agent is used, and is excellent in lamination processing properties and surface smoothness. SOLUTION: An adhesive ethylenic resin layer (C layer) which contains an ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer and/or an ethylene-acrylate copolymer and has a main melting peak temperature of 80°C or below and a melt flow rate (MFR) at 190°C of 30-100 g/10 min is laminated on one side of a polypropylene film substrate (A layer). An MT value calculated from the formula: MT [MT=E MD /(E MD +E TD )] (wherein E MD is the Young's modulus in the longitudinal direction of the film and E TD is the Young's modulus in the width direction of the film) is 0.4-0.7. Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a liquid crystal polyester fiber which is useful as a fishing nets, a reinforcing material for optical fiber, FRP, belts, helmets, protective garments, gloves and the like because it has high strength and reduced difference in orientation between outer and inner layers by melt-extruding a molten liquid crystal polyester into fiber under specific conditions. CONSTITUTION:At least one of the orifice plates 2 constituting the spinneret for melt-extruding molten liquid crystal polyester into fiber is made to have a plurality of oribices bored in the same diameter and arranged closely to each other. Thus, it is obtained the liquid crystal polyester fiber having reduced difference in orientation between the inner and outer layers, high strength utilization, high strength, high elastic modulus and excellent flexural abrasion strength and knot strength.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable early finding of abnormality without damaging a yarn and remarkably decrease the loss of product by radiating near infrared rays to a running fiber yarn and effectively determining the amount of oil attached to the yarn from a value corresponding to the absorbance, etc., of the infrared rays. CONSTITUTION:The amount of an oil attached to a fiber yarn is determined by radiating near infrared rays of 1100-2500nm wavelength range to a fiber yarn 1 running at a speed of as high as >=3,000m/min and determining the amount of oil attached to the yarn from a value corresponding to the absorbance, transmittance or reflectance of the infrared rays. The determination is preferably carried out e.g. by using an apparatus composed of a means for generating the near infrared rays, a detection part 4 to irradiate the running fiber yarn 1 with the near infrared rays and detect the transmitted or reflected near infrared rays and a means for calculating the amount of oil attached to the fiber yarn by receiving the detection signal from the detection part 4.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To produce a polyester yarn having high polymerization degree, strength and durability by melt-spinning a polyester having a specific crystallinity and drawing the yarn while controlling the lowering of the intrinsic viscosity below a specific level. CONSTITUTION:An undrawn yarn having an intrinsic viscosity [eta]UY of >=0.80 is produced by melt-spinning a polyester having the 2nd run peak temperature (Tc) of crystallization heat (measured by DSC) of >= 160 deg.C, the 1st run melt heat-absorption peak temperature (Tm) (measured by DSC) of = 0.90. The undrawn yarn is drawn under a condition to get DELTA[eta] value of
