    Abstract: PURPOSE:To stably form uniform releasant film on the surface of a spinneret by coating the surface with a silicone oil under specified conditions. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a spinneret 7 is spray-coated at a rate of 5-20g/min with a silicone oil 15-30cm away from the surface at an angle of 75 to the right angle at a speed of 5-30m/sec using a spraying device 1 jetting a combination of compressed air and the silicone oil. With this method, favorable and uniform silicone oil film can be formed on the surface with little decrease in the temperature of the surface.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a pile fabric having uniform color tone and silky feeling, resistant to the falling of the pile and suitable for an interior trim of high-grade automobile by forming the plush pile part with three or more kinds of polyester filament groups having different cross sectional forms and single fiber finenesses. CONSTITUTION:The plush pile part of the subject fabric is composed of three or more groups of polyester fibers with modified cross-sections having 3-4 protrusions and a linear part at a part of the outer circumference. The cross- sections are non-similar and different from each other. The three groups are composed of 30-60% of the finest fiber group 1 having a singe fiber fineness of 0.7-1.5d, 30-60% of the intermediate fineness fiber groups 2, 3 having a fineness corresponding to 1. 5-3.5 times the fineness of the group 1 and 5-30% of the largest fineness fiber group 4 having a single fiber fineness corresponding to 8.0-5.0 times the fineness of the group 1. The objective silky plush pile fabric is produced by weaving and knitting the above polyester fibers in the form of a plush pile fabric having a pile length of 1-4mm.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the title yarn providing pile products not causing crack of pile having increased napping density of pile and improved napping properties comprising polyester fibers having specific physical properties. CONSTITUTION:The aimed yarn comprising yarn which constitutes ground texture consisting of polyester fibers and has 13-17% shrinkage percentage in boiling water, 18-30% dry shrinkage percentage, 0.4-0.6g/d shrinkage stress and 4.5-5.8g/d strength. The polyester multifilament is used as yarn, knitted, napped, subjected to shearing processing, heat-treated with dry air at 180-210 deg.C to give tricot knit fabric having relationship between number W of wales per inch, number C of courses and yarn denier D constituting ground texture, satisfying the formula and 1-4mm pile length.
